Cons:

sem ar condicionado, com ventilador unico portátil insuficiente para o tamanho da habitação; chuveiro não tem fixação na parede, o banho tem que ser com o chuveiro na mão; embora estivesse chovento e tenmhamos chegado 30 minutos apenas antes do horário, o proprietário adentrou ao prédio e apenas liberou nossa entrada após as 15 horas. Assim ficamos na chuva à porta do estabelecimento até este horário !!!!!!!!
