Unpleasant stay due to cleanliness
Cons:

Very unhygienic, and the rooms could improve their cleanliness. They need complete renovation; otherwise, it's uncomfortable to stay in this hotel. The wooden wall panels are breaking, the plumbing pipe is damaged, no water is coming, and only idli and pongal are available for breakfast, for which the cost is high considering the payment they are getting from us. The bed is hard and there are no dental kit toiletries either.

Pathetic experience
Pros:

Service is fine.

Cons:

"Looks are decieving" sub-par experience at the resort.

Looks nothing like pictures. There is no facilities from the resort side except for mineral water and a restuarant.
The resort restuarant is unhygienic, the cooking smell near room 303 and 302 is awful and makes it unbearable to stay peacefully.
The balconies are shared for rooms which is weird.
No toiletries, no soap, no towel nothing.

All that has been mentioned as amenities in bookings.com is literally not available.

Parking is on a rocky mud surface with no proper roads.
Service is fine but everything needs to be requested instead of being proactive.

Stag groups are allowed so be prepared to see bachelors hanging around smoking and drinking.

Rooms do not have proper latches or lock. The bedsheets have stains.

Highly unadvisable to go in as a family. Bachelors or very low budget trips might like it.

Had an amazing stay at this hotel in Kodaikanal! The stay was really comfortable, the atmosphere was wonderful, and the overall experience was excellent.

A special thanks to Manager John and Arjun for their warm hospitality and excellent support throughout our stay. The entire staff were very friendly, helpful, and took great care of us.

Everything was well managed, and their hospitality genuinely made our Kodaikanal trip even more special. Really appreciate the entire team for their wonderful service.

Definitely one of the best stays I’ve had in Kodaikanal. Highly recommended! ❤️

The stay was very comfortable and the staff and manager very friendly.

We don't like the sampar, it is too spicy. Brake fast and tea it is OK,, lunch and dinner just OK.

A Truly wonderful stay in Kodaikanal
Pros:

We recently completed a 2-night stay at Tree Elanza and had a fantastic experience. The absolute highlight was the staff - they were incredibly warm, welcoming, and helpful from the moment we arrived.

The property scores perfect marks from us for both cleanliness and comfort; our room was immaculate and a cozy retreat to return to each day. Although it is bit away from main town, the location is excellent for exploring the area, and the entire stay felt like exceptional value for money.

While the facilities were good and well-maintained, it was the top-notch hospitality, hygiene, and overall comfort that truly made our trip special.

Highly recommended and would definitely stay here again!
