Schade für die tolle Lage
Pros:

Tolle Lage am wunderschönen und ruhigen Strand

Cons:

Leider war der Pool bei Ankunft extrem verschmutzt. Das Personal hat es nicht für nötig gehalten zu grüssen, ausser sie brauchten eine Zigarette. Die Sauberkeit war okay im Bungalow, doch gleich vor der Haustüre lag Müll herum, welcher erst nach Tagen weggeräumt wurde.

Lloc tranquil davant la platja. Personal acollidor.
Pros:

Ens ha agradat l’entorn i la familiaritat amb la que ens han tractat. Hi ha un gerent (“manager”) que és immillorable. És resolutiu i molt atent. Hem passat una bona vetllada amb l’amo de l’hotel. És un lloc tranquil i la piscina està bé. Ens han organitzat molt bé l’snorkel. A 15 min caminant hi ha una parada de bus públic per anar a Trimcomalee.

Cons:

Caldria millorar les instal.lacions de les habitacions i la neteja general.

Serpente in camera e poca pulizia

Lo staff è molto gentile ma sfortunatamente non basta , è direttamente sulla spiaggia

Cons:

La camera era molto basic e sporca, il bagno preferisco non commentarlo….orribile… ma la cosa peggiore è stata che ci siamo trovati un serpente in camera ( momenti di panico)… la piscina era molto sporca e c’erano solo due lettini sporchi da feci di corvo

Een hele fijne plek. Heerlijk rustig. Ontzettend vriendelijk personeel, doen erg hun best.
Staan open voor feedback en denken met je mee.
Kamer was basic en bv zonder waterkoker, hiernaar gevraagd en werd gelijk geregeld.

Cons:

Kamer is minimaal ingericht, maar ze zijn voornemens dit aan te pakken.

Location is perfect, staff so friendly and owner too, beach is amazing.
Beach house is small and nice, have a AC and shower, so worth of money.

Beautiful beach location, with some small niggles!

Beautiful location, next to a very private beach
Good clean rooms
Very good breakfast

Cons:

As a new place there are definitely some niggles, whilst everyone is nice the team does not seem to know the local area so find it hard to be helpful in supporting you to organise activities.

The menu for lunch and dinner is quite limited, they did not have a lot of produce and their prices are expensive, however, there are lots of good restaurants as you walk along the beach with great variety.

The staff was absolutely fantastic. Very friendly and helpful. Location was fantastic too. A private beach almost :)

Cons:

The owner was a greedy POS. Tried to bill me for mistakes they made on food orders etc. Asked for one thing and we received something else then tries to bill me for it. Promised to give a good rate for an additional night and ended up paying more than what I did on Booking.com
