Pros:

la posizione davanti alla spiaggia

Cons:

dovrebbero rendere l'appartamento più confortevole.
Tipo le forchette erano 2, il toaster non funzionava, c'era solo un piatto piano. La carta igenica era contata...
veramente un po troppo basico.
l'host sicuramente gentile però non in grado di fornire informazioni su escursioni o cose da fare.

Great location, with everything at your doorstep; a home away from home!
Pros:

Just the perfect place for a relaxing beach-side stay, safe beach across the road, with bars/restaurants, supermarket, activities and transport close by, bonus kitchenette in studio!

Cons:

The nightclub and street was a bit noisy at times, but you are either 'in the thick' of it or not...it didn't worry me too much!

Great place in great location
Pros:

The unit is spacious, modern and well equipped. The location is excellent with the beach just across the street, many restaurants around as well as some small markets and an excellent bakery within walking distance (25min walk). I didn’t rent a car during my stay.

Cons:

The only negative thing during my stay was the noise from outside party a couple of nights.

Pros:

Sehr netter Vermieter! Schnuckelige kleine, einfache Ferienwohnung mit dem nötigsten ausgestattet. Besonders über die Waschmaschine haben wir uns als Backpacker gefreut 😉 Unten im Restaurant gibt es Rabatt, das Abendessen war sehr lecker und der Service sehr nett.
Aussicht aus dem Appartement auf das Meer ist toll. Nachts ruhig. Tagsüber ist die Straße gut befahren, uns hat das nicht gestört. Direkter Badestrand vor der Haustür!

Lovely property across the road from the beach and perfect for our needs

Cons:

Not the property’s fault in the slightest but Friday and Saturday night are loud from the nearby nightclub

Pros:

The room facilities were exactly what I need when travelling. Location of the hotel is the best in all Noumea imho. Close to Supermarkets, restaurants and beach. No need for a car!

Pros:

Petit séjour au top ! Appart bien agencé et bien équipé et Mr Stéphane, une belle personne très accueillante et gentille. Merci 🤗 🙏🏾

*Une petite bouilloire électrique ou une casserole pour chauffer l'eau pour 1 thé/café bien fumant ☕️🫖

Pros:

The location is great. Just in front of the beach. Partial ocean view from the bed.
The kitchen is well equiped with washing machine, coffee maker, stove, oven and microwave. You will also find cutlery and tableware. Cheaper than a hotel if you plan to cook.
The owner is very nice and accomodating. They own the restaurant downstairs.

Cons:

You need to buy things to wash the dishes, such as sponge, chux (kitchen cloth), also bin bags. If you stay just 2-3 days is not very convenient having to buy these things.
Wifi is not very strong, and the TV has just channels in French. You can't connect to Netflix or other platforms.
Doesn't have a sofa, so in my opinion is more a place to just cook breakfast and sleep. For the price difference if you don't want to cook I would rather stay and the hotel nearby.
