My go to place for longer stays in central Delhi. Great value for money
Pros:

This property is comfortable and incredible value for money. With the lovely Riaa at reception and polite staff it feels a little bit exclusive compared to main hotel

Cons:

Breakfast can be a little busy so staff struggle to keep tables cleared.

Do not stay here. They advertise as this hotel and then gave us a hotel next to it. Bad smell, dirty rooms. Obviously we moved to another hotel and lost the money

The apartment was clean, modern, comfortable and well set up. Breakfast was a buffet and was ok. The staff were very helpful and attentive. Room service meals were great, the area around the hotel was not safe at night, nor probably during the day, and other than MacDonalds there didn’t seem to be anywhere to get a meal so having good food delivered to our room was wonderful.

Cons:

The location was not safe to walk around. The room had mothballs in the kitchen sink and the bathroom sink which made the whole apartment stink and the ‘smart lights’ were annoying… the bathroom lights would all automatically turn on when you entered, ok during the day, but eye blasting in the middle of the night! You couldn’t turn them off as any motion would reactivate them… also the ‘reading’ setting on the bedroom lights just left on down lights directly over the bed head, another eye blasting feature, some soft bedside lights and a gentle bathroom night light would be a great improvement.

Great value for money, professional friendly staff, great location and all in all an enjoyable stay.
Pros:

Superb location with friendly staff and they managed to get me an early check-in which was very much appreciated. Good size room with excellent shower.

Cons:

Kitchen is a little small but functional and lots of restaurants nearby to eat out. Sometimes breakfast was a little crowded with limited tables.

I will stay here again when I’m back in New Delhi.
Pros:

Feeling like home and more! The room is beautiful and the bed is comfortable. Fantastic service. All staff are very friendly and helpful. I had the best tour in New Delhi. Mr. Pinto ji at the travel service desk will help you to have the best experience. I had the best time with the amazing driver Mr. Sumit ji. He helped me so much at the temples and in the market. Ask for him if you would like a tour. Especially for English speaking tourists.

Overall good stay
Pros:

We had booked an apartment with a kitchen, and it was absolutely good and comfortable. A special thanks to Riya at the reception—she upgraded our room free of cost, which was a really kind gesture and made our stay even better.However, the other receptionist seemed a bit confused all time. Also, the restaurant manager needs some improvement in service.
Overall, it was a good stay and we appreciate the effort.

Pros:

Location was great and rooms are clean. The receptionist was amazing and very helpful. Even booking cab for me/ guide me.

Worth stay
Pros:

Everything was provided in room
Additional fan, Fridge , oven , coffee maker , tv’s in both rooms & excellent thing is even plates , cups were provided
Breakfast was good & great thing was coffee is available 24x7

Staff & hospitality was awesome
Reception lady , Riaa was so prompt & helpful in assisting us

We have inform for cleaning otherwise it’s good

Good budget hotel.
Pros:

Good but small room. Good breakfast. Staffs are very nice. Updated electrical gadgets for the light, and curtains also. That's a very good experience.

Cons:

Kitchen is not equipped. Small restaurant for the entire hotel to have breakfast.
Suite is very small, there is a visual mismatch for the room size wise.
