Very quiet and well located accommodation near Patnem Beach.
Pros:

Short walk from Patnem Beach, with several decent restaurants even closer.
Chalet type accommodation set around a central grassy area.
Helpful staff.
Major plus for us was how quiet it was, no half-wits with phones blaring out, no barking dogs, and as each chalet is stand alone, no noise from neighbours.
Probably the best budget accommodation we have stayed in during our Indian trip.

Cons:

Breakfast not available, but we knew that before we booked, so nothing negative!

Highly recommended 😊
Pros:

Very clean and located on a quiet side street in Patnem yet still only a 10 minute walk to the beach. We were travelling by car and one of the reasons we booked here was that they have ample parking which is rare in Patnem. The staff were really helpful and we enjoyed our stay very much.

Cons:

Nothing we didn’t like about the property itself but although it states they accept Mastercard & Visa (and I secured the booking via Mastercard) only cash is accepted. This meant that after a 2 hour drive we had to get back in the car and drive to an ATM (there isn’t one in Patnem) to get the cash to pay for our stay which was inconvenient. If it had stated this in the Property Policies then we would’ve been prepared.
