The host is really nice and easy to communicate with
I always use this unit when I'm in Makati, great location, near the nightlife and many restaurants, absolutely perfect for me.

This accommodation is located on the 6th floor of the residential tower Citadel Inn in Poblacion, the Red Light district of Makati. It’s a party area with lots of bars and restaurants. The studio flat I stayed at came with a comfortable twin bed that is long enough even for tall people as well as a fast and secured WiFi-signal. I found the hostess to be friendly and quick to reply. The security guards are friendly and polite without being overly strict or fanatic as I witnessed elsewhere in the Philippines. Guests are required to register, but it’s a breeze. I deem this area to be safe at day and at night despite the plentiful odd characters.
I chose this accommodation, because of the location and because of the many positive reviews. However, the accommodation I stayed at didn’t resemble the one advertised on Booking.com. Moreover, it had many shortcomings. Firstly, this accommodation is in dire need of a renovation. It’s a rather small studio flat of less than 20 square meters with a rundown interior, moulding walls and an outdated kitchenette with very limited cups, plates and cutlery. Although it’s very quiet inside the building, the studio flat faces the busy P. Burgos Street, meaning there is a tremendous noise from the traffic throughout the day as well as the nightlife until early in the morning. This place is not suitable for light sleepers! In addition, although there is an indoor pool, it is tiny and it was closed during my stay. I stayed at various accommodations at various locations in Metro Manila before and this one is by far the worst. The only reason I don’t give a one-star review is because I liked the location.

I stayed here again recently, Ann is a fantastic host, the unit is nice and clean, has AC, has Netflix and Youtube, all the facilities you need, located in the heart of the entertainment district, will always book again, this is the perfect place to stay in Makati!

Location was excellent, room seemed decent to walk in to, tad small but for price decent
I was just staying overnight to catch a my flight next day, i didnt like they took my GF ID and had to sign in like she is a bar girl ect... I do understand though for that area. No typical staff on hand at dark, security guard took the key for checkout, the floors were toasty even in the am, rooms could have been allot cleaner, that carpet near the bed was pretty dirty and there was a piece of glass that got stuck in my foot from it, my a/c window unit couldn't keep up until early in the morning, it blew cold just semi warm in room until early am
