Horrible experience led by poor staff support at Naivara Boutique Hotel, Udaipur.
Pros:

The only positive part about this hotel is its location which is very close to Udaipur city palace and Lake Pichola. Also the roof top restaurant serves very good quality food.

Cons:

1. There were small cockroaches found in the room which is never never expected in this current frame of time. I have photo also.
2. No parking , my driver was not allowed to park
3. There is nothing called room service and no one picks up phone at reception.
4. The most amusing part as its over and above being angry is at checkout when I called the provided phone no alternate to reception the boy told us to come down with the luggage. This has not happened in recent past of what say 10 years not even in govt properties where sometimes staffs are little lazy.

Please stay away from the hotel. Data for evidence we stayed in room 305 which is a family suite from 4th of october to 6th of october.

Lovely stay at city of lakes
Pros:

Very nice stay at the city center and very budget friendly hotel.Rooftop restaurant is amazing and the view of city palace is breathtaking.Excepional food and service with amazing staff:-)
