Accoglienza e disponibilità fuori dal comune. A dir poco, eccezionale!
Pros:

Abbiamo soggiornato all'hotel Palma soltanto per una notte, ma tanto è bastato per poter apprezzare i servizi, nonché la magnifica ospitalità offerta dai proprietari della struttura. Si va ben oltre il normale rapporto cliente/proprietario: fin da subito ti senti come a casa. Ci torneremo senz'altro, perché ci siamo trovati benissimo e tanto dell'esperienza non si può riportare in poche righe. Sicuramente un ulteriore plus è rappresentato dalla possibilità di parcheggio che l'hotel vanta, cosa non trascurabile se capita di soggiornare in zona durante periodi in cui il traffico è particolarmente intenso.

Struttura qualità prezzo ottima, pulizia eccellente, staff cordiale ed educato, buona anche la colazione, letto comodissimo con un top molto soffice e non per ultimo il mio Oliver è stato accolto con piacere..
Non ho nulla da reclamare.

Cons:

Se dovrei essere pignolo, non c'era uno specchio per specchiarsi in toto.
Ma è un dettaglio superfluo.

Pros:

Ci siamo trovati molto bene in questo hotel, situato a pochi passi dal centro. Il personale è stato estremamente gentile e disponibile, la colazione buona e abbondante. Nonostante la nostra camera affacciasse sulla strada, abbiamo dormito tranquillamente grazie agli ottimi infissi. Inoltre, ci è stata gentilmente concessa la possibilità di lasciare l’auto oltre l’orario previsto per il check-out. Esperienza più che positiva.

Il bagno era un po’ piccolo e non perfettamente organizzato. Peccato per la ventola del bagno che era rumorosissima.

Clean, nice room. Very friendly staff. Young lady on the reception was great!
Very good breakfast with eggs, sausages etc. many sweet variations and good coffee.
Good location in the centre.
Small free parking available.
