Pros:

Sehr hilfreiches Personal. Wusste immer gute Tipps zum Essen gehen. Sichere und angenehme Gegend mit einem tollen Strand in Laufweite.
Probleme wurden immer schnell behoben. Die Klima war defekt und wir haben direkt ein neues Zimmer bekommen. Parkplatz war zwar etwas Tetris spielen, aber auch hier war das Personal extrem hilfreich.
Frühstück war super und es gab es sehr süßen im Dauerschlaf befindlichen Hotelhund.

Cons:

Dadurch das „Probleme“ direkt immer gelöst wurden, fällt uns nichts verbessrungswürdiges ein.

Pros:

Lovely hotel. Staff were very friendly. As a solo traveller I felt very safe staying here and didn't have any concerns about the location. Staff spoke English, which was reassuring as I tried and failed to learn some Italian before visiting.

Location was ideal for the train station with links to Naples, Pompei, Sorrento, etc. 5 min walk to the beach.

Room was clean and comfortable. I would note it's on a busy road, so light sleepers may want ear plugs (which i wear and had no issues sleeping). Fridge in room was a nice touch for keeping drinks chilled during stay.

Breakfast had a nice selection and food was fresh. Served until 11am, so ideal if you fancy a lay in. Lady who managed breakfast was lovely and greeted me with a smile every morning.

Pros:

L'interno dell'hotel è accogliente, i colori tenui sono rilassanti. Le piastrelle dei pavimenti caratterizzano la zona. La camera era molto piacevole.Il bagno è luminoso. Il personale si è dimostrato cordiale e professionale.

Cons:

La camera manca di frigo e i materassi non proprio ideali anche se entrando sonno stata colpita dai colori dei tessuti: mi sono proprio piaciuti.
