Fantastic - the best stay on the Camino
Pros:

The best room I had on the Camino. Fab location. The Duluxe Double is a great room with a bathtub and a small sofa area. It was sparkling clean and the bed was super comfy. I would recommend for anyone looking for a little luxury.

Cons:

The plug in the bath tub didn’t seal properly so it did let some water drain whilst in the tub.

Basic but clean and very nice balcony ina good location.
Pros:

Good location, modern, balcony on our room

Cons:

No soundproofing at all, they give you a single long pillow for 2 people.

Cons:

It is not that suitable for pilgrims who want an early start, as there were no cafes open close by early in the morning even though Google showed there should be some open. Would be good if the hotel had tea/coffee making in the rooms or a small breakfast bar downstairs

Nice place for an overnight stay while walking Portuguese Camino
Pros:

Comfortable room. Excellent shower after long walk on Camino.

Cons:

We had mix up about whether breakfast was included in price. Personnel was argumentative and didn’t help us very much. The language barrier was likely part of misunderstanding.

Nice hotel but I am not happy about having to pay for extras
Cons:

If I pay for a 5 star hotel, I should not have to pay extra to use the swimming pool. Also there was no kettle in the room, only facilities to make coffee.
I did use the ay spa facilities however, and I enjoyed my massage very much, as I had been walking the Camino, and needed relaxation.
