Convenient location to city center, clean room, parking
The property was fresh, clean and inviting. The AC worked great, and everything else worked fine as well. A couple of little things were addressed immediately! 😊

Very noisy in early morning with food prep for those leaving early. Not comfortable for those who arrived late.
The room was spacious and the bed comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast had options with fruit included and the coffee was great.
Spanish and Italian were spoken but no English.

The owner is a successful businessman and owns a lovely Italian restaurant, he is polite and helpful and he deserves the best .
New, clean, air conditioning worked well, shower had great pressure and stayed hot. Gaetano was great and fast with service needed.
As is new so need to work on the small things, stove ignitor had no place to plug in, lamp cords were to short to reach plug-ins, some plug-ins did not work. Fridge was new but had problems in fridge half with air movement I think so it was freezing up in the back but not keeping things very cold.
1st night had a big party right outside the bedroom but not the cabinas fault, they shut the loud party down at 1130pm sharp.
We had no problems at all, but I have stayed many years in PJ and I know some where down the line this place will have problems with petty theft if the security is not strengthened. We chose to take our valuables with us everyday.
