It was clean, good location and reasonable priced.

Cons:

We didn’t get access codes the day before as told. When we did get them we were on our way and on arrival didn’t have enough signal to use data so were unable to get codes etc. Luckily someone was just arriving back so gave us Wi-Fi password so we could open the email with the necessary information. If we hadn’t seen the gentleman who helped us we would have been stuck. When we rang it as AI & you couldn’t get a proper answer. All confusing for older people. Front door not the easiest to put access code in.

Overall our stay was good, room was clean and also the bathroom, distance to beach was good
Pros:

no breakfast at this location but it wasnt an issue
Couple of little niggles-the kettle is too big to be able to fill with bathroom tap, small jug would be useful and also a couple of glasses for bathroom for rinsing after cleaning teeth

Cons:

little more detail to decor although this didnt affect our stay
lighting above bed had cables showing
so just small things which would make it tidier
Painting to windows was a bit unsightly

It was a very pleasant experience just be careful about the bed if you are on the taller side
Pros:

The property was really good value for money and you couldn’t hear people in other rooms which was really good. Also was very close to the beach and town which is also convenient. And there is a corner store which is a minute walk from the property as well. The bathroom was also modern looking and clean

Cons:

The bed was too short for my partner who is 6’3 although it was long enough for me (I’m 5’6) so that’s something to keep in mind. Also we went during the heatwave and there was no air conditioning or fans in the room, so the room sometimes got hotter than being outside. Also the hot water stopped working for half a day but the owner came and checked if it was wondering in every room which was really nice

The room was very basic and in need of updating.
The TV did not work, the wifi was inermittant.

The location was good.

Cons:

We paid for an early check it at 1pm, arrived at 2pm and told the bathroom still needed cleaning. It was very hot and noisy, we got back to the hotel late and there were guests arguing, the corridor smelt like stale smoke and generally felt more like a hostel than hotel.
Also very confusing going to a different hotel for the parking pass.

It felt like a uni house and was not worth the price we paid.
Pros:

The team were responsive by WhatsApp, there was no manned reception.

Cons:

The stay started off with a text to say the room would not be ready by the check in time. The curtains in the room were not very effective and the room was bright very early. We stayed in the top room of the house and it was absolutely boiling, we had to keep the windows open all night and the place was near a hospital so lots of sirens. When we woke up on the Saturday morning there was no hot water and water was dribbling out of the shower.

Fine enough to sleep but small and basic room, not even a chair to sit and eat food that we brought back.
Pros:

Fantastic location, very comfortable bed.

Cons:

Extremely low water pressure, making showers not great and nothing out of the hot tap in the sink. Kettle provided but no fridge to keep any milk/drinks.

Pros:

The room was clean and the space was well used.

It was hard to find, poorly signposted, the wifi didn’t work and neither did the TV. Plus the owners did not respond upon direct messages
