Beds were comfortable
Extremely poorly finished, wallpaper coming off walls, not painted properly, kitchen cupboard handles hanging off, tiny bathroom. That's just a few things

Shower water pressure poor on a morning.
We got all the information about our check in before travelling to Brighton, we arrived at 4pm in the afternoon, it was easy to access our room and staff had put on a fan for us, cooling down the room which was great as it was so hot last Friday.
The beds were comfortable and the fridge kept our water bottles really cold. There is a table and 4 chairs in the corner that is handy if you wanted to use the kitchen area or just want to sit on a chair instead of the beds.
The location is perfect as it's in kemptown but on a relatively quiet road. There is a late night shop on the corner of the road so you can get any essentials on your way back from the city centre.
On the train back home, my daughter realised she had left her glasses in the room. These were the only pair she had and was panicking as she needed them for driving etc.
I messaged innit and immediately got a response, an hour later they told me they had found them. They offered to post them back to us as we were almost home and the glasses arrived yesterday.
So thanks to all the team especially Eva and Lauren who were polite and professional.
I have used innit before and would highly recommend staying with them in Brighton.
The location of the property was very good, walking distance to the beach and very close to pubs and restaurants.
The room had a decent size, nice decorated and very clean. The bathroom was the same, good size and clean.
Toiletries and towels were provided.
We arrived at the property around 6 pm and the room was extremely hot. We started sweating after 5 seconds spent inside. We knew there is no AC, however the curtains were open and the sun heated the room all day as the windows were shut. There was a small desk fan working when we arrived, however it was by far not enough to cool down the room.
When we contacted the reception (via WhatsApp) they were not very helpful when we requested an extra cooling fan.
Also, in the mornings the water pressure was very low and practically no water running in the shower.

El “hotel” está gestionado desde afuera, es decir, ante cualquier emergencia es la comunicación mediante un chat, el cual responden después de 6 horas y con mensaje copiado y pegado.
Entre las facilidades decía “free toilet” enserio?? Hubiera tenido que pagar para ir al baño en otro hotel?!
Mi WC estaba en el pasillo y nunca lo limpiaron.

The bed was surprisingly comfortable and reasonably quiet.
The room was very small, the fan was so noisy that we had to turn it off.
The location was excellent, lots of good bars and restaurants nearby as well as the sea.
It was very clean and the staff were lovely.
The internet was very poor, I had to work out of the room some days and found the internet to be terrible.
It would have been good to have a change of bedding, we were there for several nights and the room was exceptionally hot so a change of bedding would have been good.
Room was nice and clean. Bed was very comfortable, sheets where crisp white and clean also. Hot tube was lovely.
Just a bit of constructive criticism, matress doesn't fit the size of the bed frame. We kept hitting out feet around the bed. WiFi wouldn't connect had no signal on phones.
Room was really good, given a fan because of extreme heat, good wifi and tv with lots of apps. Staff were very friendly and the room was clean and great value for money. Great location too.
Security was an issue, because we were just let in without verifying our booking lol
Bed was comfy, nice modern decor, nice windows.
Wi fi was very on and off so made it so we couldn't use tv.
