Pros:

Early checkin requests are only made the day before stay. Luckily for us our room was ready well before our event. Very helpful staff and good communication

Great stay
Pros:

Great room and location. Easy to follow instructions to get in. When we lost our room key at the event we were attending the staff were kind and compassionate and allowed us time to have a quick shower and gather our belongings as we could only return at check out time when staff were available

Excellent location and place, requires few small tweaks
Pros:

Excellent location, comfy bed, clean and easy to check in and out

Cons:

Windows let a lot of noise in, quite noisy during the night with cars, busses passing and pedestrians passing. Shower wouldn’t stay up the top and the head kept slipping down

Very enjoyable and good value for money
Pros:

Really lovely decor modern decor and very clean room. The view was lovely too, not directly facing the sea but it was visible from our room and the surrounding buildings looked very nice. Room looked just like what was shown in the pictures.

Cons:

There wasn’t a light by the mirror in the bathroom/ the mirror by the desk. Would have been helpful for getting ready but of course the main light works just fine. No lift!
