Pros:

Свежий ремонт

Cons:

Цокольный этаж, из-за этого маленькие окна и слабое естественное освещение, звукоизоляция. На booking указан заезд 00:00-00:00, но по факту, как выяснялось, заезд с 14:00

Suitable if you want to be close to the Family Park and other places to thewest of Almaty.
Pros:

The bed was comfortable. The room was an adequate size and everything worked. The hotel was an easy walk from the metro station and was close to what I wanted.

The staff were friendly but their English was limited. I speak Russian so language was not a problem.

Cons:

Hotel was not signposted so it was difficult to find. There were no signs indicating that part of the building was a hotel. The hotel room was very dark. The natural lighting was limited and a couple of the walls were painted black.

Pleasant stay
Pros:

Had an amazing 5 day stay. There is a huge guy at the desk named Alexander, looks intimidating. But he is actually a great guy. Goes out of the way to make u feel comfortable. Google Translate helps break the language barrier, don't think it was a problem at all.

There was not much to not like
