Pros:

Standard obiektu i lokalizacja sprawiają, że nie trzeba iść na żadne kompromisy:
- chcesz popływać w oceanie? wychodzisz z posesji i po kilkudziesięciu metrach jesteś na pięknej, szerokiej, piaszczystej plaży. Nie chcesz pilnować dzieci skaczących przez fale - to wrzucasz je do własnego basenu i czytasz w spokoju książkę na wygodnym leżaku
- chcesz zjeść znakomitą, lokalną kolację? tuż obok masz kilka świetnych restauracji nad brzegiem oceanu; nie chcesz jeść w gwarze - odpalasz własnego grilla w ogrodzie i jesz z rodziną przy wielkim stole koło basenu.
- martwisz się o konieczność samodzielnego przygotowania śniadań? Tuż za płotem jest mały sklepik w którym pani codziennie od 8.00 wypieka świeże bułki i można napić się dobrej kawy za 1,20 EUR. Kuchnia w apartamencie jest olbrzymia i świetnie wyposażona i przy odrobinie wysiłku można w niej przygotować sto razy lepsze śniadania niż sztampowe, powtarzalne śniadania w hotelach.

Troche kiepsko z wentylacją, zwłaszcza w łazienkach - byliśmy w lutym i warto wtedy otwierać okna.

Близость к морю, пляжу. Тихое место, чистота.,

Cons:

В гостиной отсутствовали жалюзи/шторы, солнце будило в 7 утра . Воду для чая кипятили в кастрюле - в номере нет чайника . Дверь в туалете прозрачная, при этом туалет расположен прямо на переходе по узкому коридору из спальни в гостиную. Ощущение, что сидишь у всех на виду

Good apartment, a little bit too pricey.
Pros:

Close to the beach, the apartment seems to be new or recently renovated. The kitchen lacks some kitchenware but in general all good. The beds are very good.

Cons:

The closed windows do not prevent noise. The price is above average, we took it mainly because of the kitchen for our baby. The door code was expired before our check-out time, as we do not have physical keys, I had to jump over...

Beliggenheten var flott. Kort vei til butikk, restauranter of strand. Terrasse med sol hele dagen.

Como en casa, pero frente al mar
Pros:

Una estancia de 10 en Maspalomas Beach Point. Desde el primer momento, Luna nos recibió con una amabilidad excepcional y una comunicación muy fácil. Estuvo atenta a cualquier detalle que pudiéramos necesitar y nos hizo sentir como en casa. Además, tuvo el detalle de dejarnos fruta fresca a la llegada y nos dio facilidades para un check-out más tarde por nuestro vuelo a la península, lo cual agradecimos muchísimo.

El alojamiento, una casa familiar impecable, estaba en perfecto estado de limpieza. La cocina cuenta con todo tipo de menaje, el mobiliario está muy bien cuidado y las camas son muy cómodas. Las zonas exteriores son una maravilla: piscina con limpieza diaria, barbacoa, duchas exteriores… todo perfectamente conservado.

La ubicación es inmejorable, en una zona tranquila justo al lado de la Charca de Maspalomas y con acceso directo a la playa. Ideal para desconectar y disfrutar.

Sin duda, una experiencia para repetir. ¡Recomendadísimo!

A 10/10 stay at Maspalomas Beach Point. From the very first moment, Luna welcomed us with exceptional kindness and very smooth communication. She was attentive to every detail we might need and made us feel completely at home. She even left fresh fruit for us on arrival and kindly allowed us a late check-out due to our flight back to the mainland, which we really appreciated.

The accommodation, a spotless family house, was in perfect condition. The kitchen is fully equipped, the furniture is well maintained, and the beds are very comfortable. The outdoor areas are wonderful: a pool cleaned daily, barbecue, outdoor showers… all perfectly taken care of.

The location couldn’t be better, in a quiet area right next to the Maspalomas Lagoon with direct access to the beach. Perfect for relaxing and enjoying the surroundings.

Without a doubt, an experience to repeat. Highly recommended!

Excel.lent allotjament i bona ubicació. Era com estar a casa.

Em va agradar molt trobar una ampolla d'aigua, fruita i capsules de café.

Cons:

A l'arribar ens va faltar un joc de tovalloles, vam fer servir les de la platja.
