Pros:

Great pool, lovely big rooms, nice view from balcony, breakfast was a good selection of traditional foods, beds very comfortable

Cons:

Bathroom floor gets wet whenever you shower as the glass panel doesn’t go far enough back, slow service at the restaurant at the front

I thought the hotel was much better when it was known as Solia Solo.
Pros:

Location of hotel is brilliant. Enables you to walk anywhere.

Cons:

The staff attitude at the check in, sucks. I asked for a high-floor, and he only awarded me with a level 2 room (room 202) out of a 9-floor hotel building, My room is next to the playground, which is noisy and doesn’t give me privacy. These are things which I have specially requested for when I booked the room. When I checked in, the safe doesn't work and I have to wait for 15 minutes just to have the technician to arrive. Even then, it was not settled immediately. After he settled the safe for the first time, and left, I myself tried on the safe but failed, and I have to call him in again. All in all, he came 4 times that period (within 15 minutes) to settle my safe. However, I must say this young technician’s work attitude is good.

So I coulndt focus with my packing.

Pros:

It was originally hotel Solia Yosodipuro, and it has been my favorit hotel whenever I come to Solo. Now under new management, they keep the service and quality well. Room is spacious for a couple with 1 kid. Bed and sheets are clean. The room service is also very fast, when asked for additional sheets, amenities, etc. Staff are super friendly, good location, with reasonable price. They have enough parking space too.

Cons:

There were some ants in the room and they didn't remove them. But we understand now that bugs are present in almost every hotel in Indonesia.

Dari H - 1 pas mau nanya2 tersambung dgn sales nama wiwin. Memberikan penjelasan yg ketus dan gak enak banget.
Singkat cerita menginap 2mlm,Late check out nya sampai jam 12 aja. Padahal hotel pada umumnya late check out jam 13.00

Pas di jam check out 11.45 dtlp apakah mau check out atau extend. Sy blg check out. Jam 12.20 tlp kamar berbunyi lagi. Padahal kami lg beres beres tas n koper krn di sepenjang koridor troli untuk tas dan koper sibuk dipakai ama org laen yg check out jg.
Krn abis ada event solo runfest.

Pas di parkiran, bunyikan klakson cr satpam buat atur parkiran jg gak ada respon.

Kecewa banget ama service nya.
Event lari tahun tahun berikutnya gak nginep sini lagi lah.

We will stay here again when we visit Solo. 5 stars.
Pros:

The hotel is in a great location, it is spotlessly clean and the staff a wonderful, friendly and attentive. I would like to make a special mention of Raka he went out of his way to make our trip special.

Pros:

The hotel is an excellent place to stay. The hotel itself is not special or fancy, but it is well-run, clean, and located in the center of Solo. The breakfast buffet is excellent, the restaurant is good, and the hotel also has a nice cafe with an outside seating area. They featured life music at the cafe on weekend evenings. We saw no other foreign guests, which we saw as a plus. Many staff members speak good English.
