I booked a room here last year for a concert I was attending April 10th. The day of the concert, I was informed that the hotel was closed due to renovation. Not the hotel or booking.com was bothered enough to tell me! We couldn't find another place to stay so had to drive all the way back home. Didn't get back until 2am in the morning.
Upon arrival we found out that the hotel is condemned. The hotel notice that it was condemned was on the door and it got condemned March 18 was never notified by you or the hotel. We had to scramble to find another hotel for our stay for the concert.

Nothing. The building has been condemned! There are notifications in bright colors by the main door. It was awful. I've always had the best luck with Booking but this place was terrible.
They shouldn't have been allowed to continue operating. The room smelled terrible. The tv barely worked. It was a dump.
The fact that I could book this room for my daughter and she be conveniently located to handle her business and be comfortable. She said she had no problems.

The room was as stated King bed and spa.
Over all room was clean, but all plumbing fixtures were loose or very sloppy. There was a lot of drywall work needed, ie; around toilet and tub, and entryway. Terrible shower head. Two towels in a Spa room!!! Continental breakfast sucked, some bread for toast, cereal, 6 mini muffins and 10 mini doughnuts, juice and milk. Make your own coffee. The day shift crew didn’t even set the chairs off of tables in the dinning room
There was police officers there and the person working was all about that . It took an hour and a half to check in then he checked in the wrong person so I had to wait some more
