Firstly, the host was very kind and contact with her was super easy through the booking app. On the reception there were always bottles of water as well as tea bags and coffee which was free for all the guests. We checked in a lot earlier than 3 pm, as soon as our room was cleaned, around 12 pm. The bed is comfortable, there is a closet with shelfs and a few hangers. There is also a small fridge as well as 4 cups and an electric kettle. The location is a bit far from the centre, around 25-30 minutes by foot, however it was not a problem for us, apart from that, the bus stop is very close and there are many busses that pass. The accommodation is pretty nice for a few nights stay.
The shelfs in the closet were a bit dusty and the kettle was not very clean. The room is pretty small but if you’re staying for a few nights it is not a big deal. Our room was on the ground floor and the windows were right on the main street so we were a bit uncomfortable having the blinds up in case people from outside could see (there are curtains on the windows so maybe it wasn’t see through).

Ho pagato per una matrimoniale superiore ed ho avuto una camera modestamente piccola, le pulizie non erano giornaliere e ho dovuto riprendere il personale del servizio. Quindi chiedo una percentuale di rimborso per quello che non ho ricevuto
Ruidoso, lejano del centro, insectos en la habitación que nos picaron durante la noche, aire acondicionado pequeño no funcionaba y el grande no funcionaba bien y tenía mal olor. Ventanas pegadas a la carretera. Nevera ruidosa durante la noche. Almohada supletoria sucia.
The stay was very comfortable and cozy. The location was quite convenient, and the room was clean and pleasant. There is some humidity in the room, but the dehumidifier provided worked very well, so this was not really an issue for us.
We really appreciated the complimentary water, which was always available in any quantity, as well as the coffee, tea and other little treats. We even received a small chocolate on arrival, which was a lovely touch.
The owners and management were very kind and responsive. They were always available online, replied quickly and helped with everything we needed. The step-by-step instructions for entering the property were clear and easy to follow. Although there is no staff on-site, we didn't find this to be a problem at all because the online communication was excellent.
Overall, we had a lovely stay and would definitely recommend this place!
Arredamento nuovo. Frigo in camera disponibile. Acqua gratis all'ingresso. Posizione per il centro comodissima, sia a piedi o in bus con sole 3 fermate.
La camera si trovava al piano terra. Sembrava pulita ed accogliente ma abbiamo trovato le formiche in bagno e all'ingresso.
Avevano detto c'è avrebbero fatto una pulizia approfondita e messo trappole per formiche ma hanno fatto solo la seconda.
Wygodne łóżka, dobrze wyposażony pokój, przyjemna okolica, miłym akcentem były gifty: czekolada, kawką, herbata oraz woda w butelkach. Super kontakt z właścicielem.

Very clean, comfortable beds, there's AC and the room is spacious enough. The staff is friendly , they reply very fast and there's unlimited tea and coffee, and water you can get from reception. Shampoo and body wash is provided too.
The room wasn't exactly the one we booked , it looked different from photos but still good enough.
It is a medieval house modified to match today standards, the room is well arranged, cleaned often, tea and water are provided daily. It is managed probably through a 3rd party, but the communication is effective. Not in the city center, but near to a bus station for visiting the lakes, you you can catch the 7 or 8 am buses easily..
The house is on the main road for the traffic that comes in the city from north and I did not have the feeling that there is a speed limitation for the cars. There will always be noise and the air will never be particularly clean. It is better if you don't mind the night traffic noise in case of open window or the AC/ fan noise if you shut the window or you just enjoy the natural temperature while being protected of any noise.
Camere molto funzionali con spazio per appoggi e molto pulita. Abbiamo gradito molto l’acqua in frigo all’arrivo.
Non c’è scritto che le camere vengono riassettate solo dopo tre notti. Era molto pulita quindi per noi non è stato un problema, però sarebbe più corretto scriverlo.
