Cons:

The batroom was a disaster, the toilet seat was so narrow that you need to sit sideways. Also the shower is so small and narrow, you cannot move without bumping in to sth. The room is below the ground level,t the windows are looking at a parking garage. I understand that it is an old building (19th Century) but it could have been designed better and value for money is low. We stayed 3 nights and our room wasn't cleaned, 1st of May is understandable but the next day was the same. We payed for 3 adults and on the Booking Page it clearly stated that 1 double bed and 1 SINGLE bed was reserved. A sofa bed from an armchair is not a single bed!!! We wouldnt have reserved if it was stated as a sofa bed at all. I wouldnt stay again and wouldnt recommend. There are much better options with the same rates.

Check in in this hotel isn’t check in. You don’t have anyone on the reception, and we were constantly asked when are we coming, and when we knew finally it was after 5PM, staff sent us pdf instructions with passwords for the hotel and the room, which was okay for us. When we booked we were looking for the apartment with free parking, so we booked this one. When we asked about it they say they don’t have it anymore, but they do have lock with the card for the parking, obviously for special customers. AC wasn’t working.

Hotel famigliare e molto accogliente. Lo staff super gentile e disponibile. Camera molto confortevole, pulitissima e con un piccolo grazioso balconcino. Comodissimo il parcheggio gratuito compreso. Fermata dell'autobus vicinissima, con poche fermate si è in pieno centro!!! Consigliatissimo!!!

Pros:

Una piacevole sorpresa. Da fuori non sembra ma il posto è molto accogliente. Dall'ingresso all'interno dell' hotel. Ci hanno offerto l'acqua e un regalo per la Pasqua con ovetti e stecca di cioccolato assolutamente non dovuto. Camera pulitissima, bagno nuovo e doccia eccezionale.

Pros:

It is a small and nice hotel, run by a super hospitable and eager to help young lady. She was responding immediately to our requests and gave us advice on what to see in Ljubljana.
The room had free bottles of water and chocolate, which we found a nice gesture.
The hotel is 15-20 minute walk from the city center, but there are frequent buses that go there.
Overall a great experience!

Pros:

La posizione era comoda per noi perchè vicina al luogo in cui avevamo il meeting, facile da raggiungere e con un parcheggio riservato. L'hotel è piccolo e ci si muove in autonomia. La ragazza della reception è stata molto gentile fi da subito, rispondendo immediatamente ai messaggi e disponibile nel lasciarci usare il parcheggio anche dopo il check out. Le stanze erano molto pulite, comode e spaziose.

Cons:

La posizione è su una delle vie più trafficate di Lubiana, rumorosa per il traffico automobilistico. Le stanze erano al piano seminterrato e la finestra del bagno si affacciava sulla strada e non aveva tende. La rete wifi era debole perchè la struttura è in un immobile molto antico, con muri molto spessi.

We had a very disappointing experience at this hotel. The room we were given was completely different from the one shown in the photos at the time of booking — it was significantly smaller. When we raised the issue, we were told that the room we had booked was no longer available because it had already been assigned to someone else. This was handled without offering any proper solution or considering the fact that we had paid more specifically to have that larger room.

Additionally, the room was located directly facing the street, which made it extremely noisy and difficult to get a good night’s sleep.

The cleanliness was also questionable: the bed sheets did not seem properly clean, and the room was very, very dusty.

Overall, the experience did not match the expectations set by the listing and was not worth the price we paid.
