Отель ужасен и не соответствует уровню 5звезд

Ничего ,только то ,что он новый

Cons:

Персонал неприветлив ,завтрак ужасен (малый ассортимент ,абсолютно все невкусное и невозможно это есть,капучино платный -это просто молоко ) Это не отель 5звезд !!!! Я не понимаю откуда такие звезды! Подушки , как медузы ,спать невозможно ! Чемоданы в номер никто не несет ! Встречают с унылыми мордами ! Никогда больше не поедем ! Не рекомендуем !

Впечатления отвратительные ,учитывая ,что мы приехали в 4утра и рассчитывали всего /то отдохнуть

Cons:

Завтрак ужасный: не вкусный ,скудный ,нет ассортимента ,кофе за доп плату и тот не вкусный. На ресепшен персонал с недовольными лицами ,номера бронировали за 2 месяца ,все равно дали в разных частях коридора ,сказав при этом что «там недалеко», подушки отвратительные ,2 года назад там останавливались и было всё очень комфортно ,кроме завтрака ,он так и остался ужасным …
