Pros:

ront Desk & Staff: Exceptionally polite, helpful, and welcoming.
Hotel & Cleanliness: Brand new, modern, and extremely clean.

Staying here was one of my best staycations regarding the facility, very clean very nice and friendly and one of the most beautiful features was having a bidet in the toilet which was super, the location is amazing and the stuff were very helpful i would absolutely stay again in the future

New hotel rooms ruined by shambolic service.
Pros:

Good rooms.

Cons:

A new hotel with nice-enough rooms ruined by untrained, incompetent, shambolic service. Every interaction with an actual person - check-in, parking, housekeeping, room service - ended in frustration and failure.

Couple that with floppy mattresses, and a shower that ranges between scalding, cold and lukewarm without intervention, there's no reason to spend money on this hotel.

Avoid.
