Needs attention asap
Pros:

The hotel is nice and the food is good

Cons:

The staff needs training on how to communicate with people and have soft skills and thr pool needs cleaning and maintenance as the entire stay it was dirty and no one took care of it

Les relations avec le personnel :
On a frappé à notre porte à 9h30 pour le check-out alors que nous avions indiqué "ne pas déranger" et que le check out était à 12h).
Le personnel qui débarrassait le petit-déjeuner pendant que nous étions en train de manger parce que l'heure de la fin (10h30) approchait..'

נקיון היה ברמה גבוה, לא ראיתי דבר כזה בחיים, חדר אוכל נחמד מאוד מגוון במאכלים.
לובי ענק עם מקומות ישיבה נוחים, פינת יצירה עם טלויזיה לילדים, חדרים גדולים מרווחים. מאוד אהבנו

Cons:

Персонал плохо работает!!! С 11.00 вечера не дозвониться до рум сервиса, после уборки не поставили новую зубные принадлежности! Из ресепшена не принесли, пришлось оставить ребенка и самой сходить!!!
