Hotel Mucuy

Estuvo bien fue una experiencia agradable y volvería a ir. En general por el precio estuvo bien!

Hotel Mucuy has good lcoation, property is close to the city center, parking is just near by hotel. I wish parking lcoation has been communicated with us before we arrived to the hotel, as it was hussle to find right parking. They should send google location to us about where is parking. Although it say parking is available they didn't say we need to pay additionaly to park our car (120 pessos)
Second, room was quite OK, we booked triple room, 2 bed mattraces were OK, but thirtd was aged, old and not comfortable. And thirdly, shower pressure was extremely low, water was barely going, so it was impossible to take a proper shower. AC worked OK in the room, so that's a plus. We didn't use pool so I no comment on that. And we skipped breakfast, so I cannot comment on that, too.
For budget travels this might be OK place fora night, but for a longer stay you will be irritated you cannot take normal shower, consider outside is very humid and hot and you need to take shower moment you enter the room. Also water didn't wanna to go in shower cabin, drain was very bad.

La descripción es engañosa, decía que incluía desayuno y el personal de ahí decía que no era cierto. Pero el lugar es muy tranquilo y limpio, solo deben mejorar la descripción en la agencia de reservaciones.

La limpieza de las habitaciones es terrible. Había cucarachas en la habitación y pulgas en la cama. No hacen a diario la limpieza. Solo iba a dormir pero ni las sábanas cambiaban.

Que limpiarán mejor la habitación, que las instalaciones..estuvieran en buenas condiciones, parece más motel que htl

La ventana esta practicamente abierta por mas que la cierras y se escuchaba todo de afuera, hay poca iluminación en el cuarto

La regadera estaba en muy mala condición, salia muy poca agua y NUNCA me salió agua caliente. Me tuve que bañar con agua fría todos los días (estuve 4 días)

It is 2 star hotel. Not much English spoken. Had to ask for change of towel twice during my 5 day stay. Warning: pets allowed in this hotel. Had a dog barking late into the night and then early morning for 2 days! You get what you pay for!

Mejorar un poco las camas algunas estan sumidas y eso hace que esten incomodas, las cortinas ya que traspasa la luz de los pasillos y el agua caliente ya que la.habitacion que me toco no tenia

No respetaron mi selección de una habitación para 3 con cama Queen y una individual. Todo es viejo y oxidado. Las cortinas muy deterioradas. Sin una cobija, ya que la noche estaba bastante fresca. La puerta de baño hace mucho ruido. Los demás huespedes hacen mucho ruido al llegar. Ademas se escuchan murciélagos. Lo unico bueno fue que está céntrico.

La ubicación es muy buena, esta centrico, la gente es amable, el lugar es muy lindo, la habitacion tenia lo basico para estar relativamente cómodo. Si volveria a hospedarme ahi.

The price point and location are about all I can recommend. It wasn’t very clean, they wouldn’t let me borrow a broom to clean the cockroach from my room and there was no hot water in the shower. I suppose I got what I paid for but I’m not even sure about that. I wouldn’t recommend unless you had no other options in your budget.
