I like that it was next to the civic center. The staff was very helpful. They checked the room everyday.

I would stay again.
Pros:

The property was beautiful. The check in staff was very nice and attentive.

Cons:

The walls are thin and every noise was heard in hallway. Didn't rest due to motorcycles. The room still had traces of animal hair on the sofa.

Pros:

Limited breakfast to coffee only. You had to pay for breakfast which was very unusual.

Cons:

Staff not very pleasant. Gave me a hard time switching my booking to next day

We've stayed there 3 times and each time there was a problem finding our name in the system.
Pros:

The location was fine.

Cons:

The bathroom toilet made noise when you flush it. the desk chair had stains in it. We've stayed there 3 times and they always had a problem finding our booking. They didn't offer 1/2 off or a free night ,just a complimentary breakfast which they had ran out of everything we wanted so we got what was left. Each time we stayed all I heard is we sorry for the inconvenience but never offered a lower price or discount. I thought they would consider that on a next stay but didin't

It’s a very comfortable place to stay for our trips from Florida.
Pros:

The property is very and quiet.

Cons:

The property has a bistro inside. It does not serve a continental breakfast and this was the 2nd time we have stayed there and the first time we couldn’t order any food because it was closed and this time they had no lettuce or tomatoes. Management needs to make some changes.

Stay was average .
Pros:

Did not like the many additional taxes charged. Also a parking was on the bill but removed after discussion with staff. The cost was much more than the lower fee on the internet,

Cons:

Breakfast as a part of the room charge without paying additional breakfast fee. Do not let dogs in the hotel feces on hallway.
