Clean and cheap place
They asked for extra payment after booking, but we resolved everything by exchanging couple of messages
Great location, a few minutes walk to the beach, good shower, clean room, lots of restaurants (although aimed at tourists) and other kinds of shops nearby. Easy to take a taxi to other areas of Sanya.
Guests in the hallway are easily heard, so could wake you up. Mirror in room was not suitable for a tall person.
Room was clean at check-in but cleaner never cleaner my room during my 3 night stay
Staff was rude, didn’t speak english, had no translation app to help with translation, no friendlyness, no smile. Accused my friend, who could not present her passport as she was still waiting for her visa to come through, that she was a scam/ fraud.
The location is great. Just a 5 minute walk away from Dadonghai beach. Shops and restaurants just next door. A few steps back from the main road so it is quiet.

This homestay is really great. I went out to play with friends and chose a homestay hotel in Dadonghai. This homestay is located in the Dadonghai scenic area, very close to the beach. It's just a few minutes' walk to the beach, and the surrounding area is very convenient. It can be considered the central location, with shopping malls, summer department stores, and big pineapples all located nearby; There is a dining bar in the homestay, and the room also includes breakfast. It's also good to have a small drink at night~the environment is very pleasant! The room is also very clean and hygienic. If you need to clean it for a few days, you can just inform the front desk. The service is also very good~Short stay and long stay are recommended!
