The location, the hotel itself was very edgy or different.
The breakfast wasn't very good, and there weren't many choices; it was something thrown together at their bar.
The room was a fabulous gothic apartment
The breakfast was cold served in number 13 bar. For the price point and the inclusion of a butler etc you would really expect hot food served in the restaurant affiliated with the hotel
Amazing property. Stayed numerous times and we love it
Just after midnight when we were asleep we had a knock on the door. Then a louder knock followed by a telephone call for room service with food we don’t order! We had been in bed since 10pm so didn’t appreciate the wake up!

Cool decor and location
Have stayed here a few times and really liked the decor and cool vibe. Last stay was incredibly disappointing and I think this comes down to poor / absent management:
1. We had a spurious WhatsApp message from the hotel the day before check in requesting CC details to speed the process the following day - mentioned our dissatisfaction with this when we checked in and were told ‘yes we were aware of someone hacking our details’. No communication on this from the hotel, no warnings or information whatsoever. This led to a £4,666 fraudulent charge which we are in dispute over. The fact the hotel were so dismissive of this data breach is concerning and questionable.
2. There were two fire alarms on the Friday night - guests came out of their rooms into the hallway. The alarm was silenced and we were returned. Alarm sounded again and we were all wondering is this real or not. No action or communication came from staff to confirm false alarm or follow any form of fire drill which again is highly questionable and frankly dangerous.
The staff was phenomenal. The room was groovy and comfortable.
