We booked primarily because of the location, and it is certainly walking distance to covent garden and tottenham court road - all very easy to get to. However, we made a mistake booking this place - the photos make it look quirky, creative and interesting. But the things some people might 'like' about it, are just irrelevant to why we would value a stay anywhere. So there's literally a fully stocked liquor cabinet (I mean 12 full size bottles of spirits to choose from) and huge range of snacks for the minibar (we didn't even look at prices) super dark lighting (we couldn't seem to put the lights up beyond murky) a party mode on the TV audio system. But no kettle / milk provided, no extra covers for the bed (there was just one flimsy coverlet), no bottled water. So actually the staff were the best bit as they had to help us out all evening with these requests, and did so graciously.
But it's not clear that the reception, the hotel rooms and the restaurant are all in separate buildings around the same street - so we opted for breakfast in the room, which meant toast arrived cold, but that couldn't be helped. Main thing that you need to be warned about is there is literally no door separating the bathroom from the bedroom! basically open plan (although the loo is tucked away but still). So if you value personal privacy aswell as staying all in one building this place is not for you.
Location for Theatres was excellent. Staff very friendly. Tattu restaurant above it was exceptional. Room decor was very funky and the robes were great! Minibar well stacked with nice glasses to use.
The Toilet Roll wasn't very soft, usually expect better from a 5 Star Hotel. No slippers which you usually get in a 5 Star.

Location was great. Room was comfortable but also the room was super quirky.
It’s overpriced for what it is, comparing to other properties in the same price bracket that have a cooked breakfast, gym and other facilities on site.
You even pay for coffee if you use it.only tea is for free

Acest hotel nu este nici pe departe de 5 stele.
Are o recepție de hotel de 2 stele, fără lobby, bar, etc.
Cameră are un design foarte ciudat, ca să nu spun mai mult..
Ca să ajungem la camera noastră a trebui să traversăm strada, să mergem în cu totul altă clădire.
Desi spun ca se preautorizeaza cardul, se blochează 500 lire, de unde își rețin singuri consumația și 5% service charge chiar și din prețul camerei.
Fără dental kit, bețișoare de urechi, etc.
Miros de canal din baie.
Cauciuc pe jos și miros de cauciuc în cameră.
Geamuri murdare
Zgomot din exterior
Scări nesfârșite atât până ajungi în apartament cat și în el.
