It really does have an amazing location, but other than that it’s not worth the money. I reserved for one with a balcony and city view. Yet my view was a small passage lane and a building. I paid for that hotel based on a false information

Nice rooms, quiet although downtown, great location.
Rude and unfriendly staff, particularly two English ladies that work in the lobby, didn't even answer or smile when said good morning/afternoon to. This was our second stay at the hotel, it was the same member of staff last time with the same behavior. Because of this we won't be staying there again.
Breakfast was delicious. The room was great with a view overlooking some great alley for people watching. Location was great for any food or shops we wanted to go to.

For a luxury boutique hotel it lacked basic amenities, the breakfast was appalling and laid out on a bar and was stale croissants and some fruit. The overall hotel needed some updating and work - paint chipped, felt grubby
