Amazing, Caring staff, Clean and centre of everything.
Pros:

The staff was great. They upgraded us from cottage to deluxe room and the empathy that all of them have shown is truly exceptional.
Loved it here. Will definitely go back to the sams hotel if I plan Pokhara.

I stayed at this hotel the day before starting my ABC trek. I didn’t know they also arrange trekking packages, but it made everything so much easier for me to book the trek. They have their own professional trekking guide, which gave me a lot of confidence. The breakfast was good, the Nepali architectural ambience was amazing, and the hotel was very clean. A perfect place to stay before starting and after finishing trek. Highly recommended.

Pros:

I booked this hotel on New Year, when most hotels were charging double rates, but they still offered me their normal regular price — which truly reflects their humanity. The breakfast was great, the rooms were very nice and comfortable, and the ambience was excellent. I’m really happy that I chose this hotel and will definitely stay here again next time.

Lovely hotel
Pros:

This hotel is really great! 🌟 Just a 5-minute walk from Lakeside, with spotless rooms decorated with great taste. The staff are very welcoming and always ready to help 😊. There’s a yoga center 10 minutes away on foot, a nice rooftop with a pool, and a delicious breakfast 🧘‍♀️🍽️.

They even kept our luggage for 5 days while we went on a trek. Laundry service is fast and efficient. A place where you truly feel comfortable — highly recommended! 🙌

Superb room and view, great staff.
Pros:

Great location right infront of the lake just one street back, got a superb room with the best possible view. The staff was extremely courteous and welcoming, really it was abit unnerving how nice they were hahaha.

Room was very comfortable also good bed, nice space in the room for different things. Even the view outside the bathroom was great. Its a good place for couples/ families.

They also booked the Sarangkot cable car which was helpful

Cons:

I think people who come to Pokhara can definitely benefit from the hotel's help in going to Ghandruk (even networking with deep drivers) or helping plan the day's activities.

The balcony door needs to be slightly fixed, a small part of it remains open and it was difficult to sleep with the 2 mosquitos who made life difficult.
