Sehr gut und empfehlenswert.
Pros:

Wir waren schon zum zweiten Mal hier. Das Personal ist unglaublich freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir hatten einen Laundry-Sevice welcher am selben Tag fertig war und konnten ohne Probleme eine Nacht verlängern. Die Poolanlage ist sehr schön mit super Aussicht. Das Frühstück konnten wir auch To-Go haben.
Die Zimmer waren sehr sauber und mit allem Nötigen ausgestattet. Außerdem ist die Lage sehr gut am See und man hat alles wichtige um sich herum.

Cons:

Nix negatives, nur eventuell Liegen am Pool wären vielleicht noch angenehmer.

Very good breakfast. Location is ok, close to the lake and the main road.

Cons:

Looks better on pics than the reality. But overall ok for this price level. Main road is very noisy even during late evening. Be ready to close the room and use air conditioning.

Beautiful building next to the lake
Pros:

Beautiful building in a quiet street, right next to the lake. Rooftop pool and bar, friendly staff. I liked it so much i extended my stay!

Pros:

The staff was incredibly helpful and supportive in every way. Not only very friendly and welcoming, but they went above and beyond to facilitate my requests (most notably decorating our room for Valentine’s Day’, which was very impressive)!

In addition, the property itself was great with spacious and very clean rooms, and while very central, I still felt like being in a small oasis of rest despite the relative chaos of the city.

Cons:

Everything was great - I only missed pool heating, but that’s only a minor part of a further great experience.

Excellent value for money
Pros:

I had a fabulous stay. The hotel was beautiful and the staff were beyond helpful, taking care of my laundry, booking my bus and even preparing some take away breakfast on the morning I had to leave very early. I felt really comfortable and happy there.

Amazing, Caring staff, Clean and centre of everything.
Pros:

The staff was great. They upgraded us from cottage to deluxe room and the empathy that all of them have shown is truly exceptional.
Loved it here. Will definitely go back to the sams hotel if I plan Pokhara.
