Next to the station so you can sleep because of non stop train traffic....not recommended unless you can hear a thing

Super friendly staff, good location, close to 7/11 and train stations
Pros:

Super friendly staff, our room was a bit small however beds were comfortable and extras provided such as skincare, microwave and fridge!

Cons:

Very small however was still manageable and location and friendly staff made up for it!

The hotel was well located and was standard.

Cons:

I was unaware, when booking the hotel, that it is a Japanese "love hotel". While completely functional as a standard hotel room, this was something I personally would have liked to have known in advance.

Good value for money and location
Pros:

Comfortable room, small balcony, everything we needed. Great location right next to metro station and lots of shops. It was a 20 minute walk or one metro stop to Shinjuku station

Cons:

Room was a bit dark, and quite cramped - we had to squeeze past the bed to reach the other part of the room. No facilities/breakfast

Perfecto alojamiento
Pros:

Es muy limpio, personal demasiado amable y cercano a la estación de tren.

Cons:

Suelen transitar trenes durante el día y muy temprano, pero con lo cansado que estás difícilmente te puede molestar, al principio es un poco molesto pero luego te acostumbras, las instalaciones contienen tapones de oídos para no tener que lidiar con el sonido de los trenes.

地點很優質，離地鐵步行3-5分鐘
麻雀雖小五臟俱全
房內就有微波爐很方便

Cons:

房間太小，通風不好，整間房間都是霉味
旁邊就是鐵軌 聲音很大聲
但是我們不怕噪音所以睡得很好

Great for the value!
Pros:

The place was a couple of minutes away from the train station!
We only stayed for 1 night since we were leaving Tokyo. But it was a great stay! The room had everything we needed. It was comfortable for 2 people. The room includes everything you need from toothbrushes, toothpaste, soap, shampoo, sandals, etc etc coffee, creamers, tea! The bed was comfortable and we slept good.
Also, our departure flight was late at night on the day we check out so the staff was very kind and let us storage our luggages there while we went out for a couple of hours to explore to kill some time before heading to the airport
