Pros:

Le personnel est très professionnel, toujours serviable et avec une application de traduction ! L'hôte est adorable et sympathique. Ils proposent un service de ménage sur demande gratuite. Il y a beaucoup d'accessoires de chambres.

Cons:

Le duvet peut être légèrement plus grand.

Pros:

Le personnel était adorable, ils nous ont beaucoup aidé dans nos différentes péripéties de perte de valise. Merci beaucoup à eux ! La localisation est parfaite, très proche de shinjuku et la chambre est très propre et confortable.

Cons:

La chambre est un peu petite pour ouvrir les valises mais pour 1/2 nuits c’est suffisant.

Pros:

The staff are amazing, the location is so good and because it is 1 stop out of Shinjuku much cheaper, but next to the train station so easy to get anywhere. quite spacious for a japanese room

Can be a little noisy but they do supply earplugs

Cons:

It’s right next to the train and metro rails, it’s impossible to sleep, constant noice. They even leave ear plugs to mitigate the noice, but let me tell you, it does not work

Super friendly staff, good location, close to 7/11 and train stations
Pros:

Super friendly staff, our room was a bit small however beds were comfortable and extras provided such as skincare, microwave and fridge!

Cons:

Very small however was still manageable and location and friendly staff made up for it!
