Pros:

Транзитный отель, брали на одну ночь, чтобы отдохнуть между рейсами. Хороший чистый номер, ослепительно белое бельё на кровати. Больше ничего и не требовалось. Санузел чистый, все бытовые мелочи в наличии. Кондиционер и вентилятор в номере работают хорошо. Хозяин с утра отвёз в аэропорт.

Cons:

Сложновато найти даже местным таксистам, так что лучше брать трансфер от отеля.

Pros:

Cheap, affordable and excellent room. Worth every penny.
+ Very affordable and cheap hotel with value for money. Excellent customer service and have restaurant in the ground floor. Things were very clean and the room had both AC and fan. Worth staying here if you have a very late flight.

The OWNER is a BIG LIAR. This property did not provide the FREE AIRPORT SHUTTLE BACK TO THE AIRPORT AND THEY DEMANDED 70% Tarrif than GRAB. I BOOKED THEM WITH AN UNDERSTANDING THAT THEY WILL PROVIDE AIRPORT SHUTTLE FOR FREE, Which is clearly stated and also states in my Confirmed Booking. Avoid these CHEATS.

Cons:

The owner has HUGE EGO ISSUE and wants to meddle on how to go about traveling in future, with lesser BAGS. He wanted to keep all of our Bags in the reception area and just use our room for sleeping.

Perfect little room for getting to the airport
Pros:

Fantastic made everything so easy with getting a transfer to the airport, at a reasonable price even though it was a very early start. They also arranged for us to be collected from the city, also for a reasonable price. Staff were so friendly and communicative. The room was lovely, simple just what we needed ! Thank you so much ☺️

Very nice stay at this hotel. The staff spoke some English, which was very appreciated!
Pros:

The owner was very helpful and picked me up at the airport. Everyone was very kind and asked me several times if they could help me plan for the next day. I stayed here two nights, when I flew into Hanoi and out. Both times I had a great experience. If you are looking for clean place to stay near the airport with truly helpful owners, this is a great choice.

Pros:

Close enough to the airport, with pick up service from the city center available at very good price. It’s clean and comfortable well enough for one night before departing.

Cons:

Drop off at the airport could be cheaper since it’s just 10 minutes drive.

It was perfect for a one night stay before flying out of Vietnam. The staff were friendly and. Food was good.

It was a little confusing to find as on Google maps it's called something different but the map on Booking.com takes you to the right place

Pros:

I love this hotel for several reasons. First, but not foremost, is it's proximity to the airport. This hotel has been a godsend when catching or meeting a late flight into Hanoi. Foremost though, is the care the owners take for their guests. The family that runs (owns?) it are always helpful with a minimum of fuss. You can get a good meal cooked for you on the premises pretty much any time of day. They will pick you up at the aiport at 2am. Everthing works out every time. The rooms are spotless and spacious. There's a great coffee shop across the road and some excellent restaurants around the block. This hotel is in the working end of town and the surrounds are industrial, but it is a little oasis that is a credit to the the people who run it.
