Nice hotel, not so good restaurant service!
Pros:

Le site de Lakou Breda est magnifique et l'équipe de la réception a été accueillante et professionnelle. Tout était très propre, chaleureux et agréable dès l’arrivée. L’environnement est vraiment bien entretenu et donne une belle première impression.

Cons:

Malheureusement, j’ai eu une mauvaise expérience avec le service de restauration. À mon arrivée, j’ai commandé le dîner affiché sur le menu. Après plusieurs heures d’attente, je n'avais toujours rien reçu. J’ai appelé la réception, et on m’a informé que le dîner n’était plus disponible, mais que je pouvais commander des plats frits (bananes plantains et porc). J’ai accepté.

Encore une fois, j’ai attendu longtemps, mais personne n’est venu. Quand j’ai rappelé une deuxième fois, on m’a dit que ces plats étaient aussi terminés, que le chef s'était absenté, et qu’il pourrait peut-être cuisiner à son retour. À ce moment-là, il était trop tard, et je me suis couché le ventre vide, sans avoir mangé. C’était une expérience vraiment décevante après une longue journée de voyage.

L’air climatisé pas disponible comme c’est indiqué sur le site, l’Internet n’est pas disponible dans les chambres correctement.

Pros:

Pour le petit dejeuner il y a meme pas de choix. On mange ce qu'on propose.
Pour le diner on ne permet pas aux clients de commander ailleurs et de venir pour manger sur le site alors que la cuisine ne fonctionne meme pas.

Cons:

Prendre un bain fut une corvée nous avons du utliser des bouteilles vides remplie par l'eau du robinet pour nous baigner. Nous avons informés le personnel aucun suivie n'a ete fait. Pour 165 usd par jour c'est vraiment decevant.

Pictures make you choose the place but you’ll be disappointed
Cons:

A/C is run on a generator that is on an operational schedule meaning not always. Left my stay with multiple red bumps of mosquito bites on my arms. No hot water in the shower. No drinking water given. The wifi doesn’t reach in the bungalows. The food (goat stew) at the restaurant was bad. I left the whole plate on the table.

let's do better. I'd come back if there were a few changes made.
Pros:

The environment was very promising with lots of beautiful trees and tranquility. I loved the singing of the birds every mourning in particular. The staff was super friendly and helpful from the security team to the server at the restaurant. Everyone was very helpful and courteous. The space felt more like an apartment, spacious and open. The breakfast was fine too.

Cons:

The bed was very uncomfortable. It was difficult to sleep. The bathroom and kitchen spaces simply need a makeover. The faucet in the bathroom must be changed immediately. Add a floor towel. I slipped and almost fell from the slippery ceramic after my shower. Add a water bottle or two. in Haiti one cannot use tap water to brush and so this is actually really important to have clean water. There is a large kitchen with a sink but no flatware or even a corkscrew to open a bottle. No kitchen towels, nothing...an empty kitchen space...not even a glass or cup. NOTHING in it. The pool was under maintenance. The loud music at 7:30am during breakfast is not necessary either. This place could be a gem if the tiny attention to details was a focus.
