I had an amazing stay! I loved my room, the common area, the check-in process, everything!

Perfect for budget travellers.
Pros:

I love everything this house has given us. They have a really nice kitchen with a lot of utensils, pots, and ingredients. We spent most of our time cooking in the house since we didn't really want to spend our money on food. It's really worth it for me personally, and I'll definitely book this house again if I come back to DC.

Cons:

I think the only thing that I don't like is that my room is a little bit small. But overall, it's a nice room with a cozy vibe, and it's really accessible, so I still like the room in general.

Pros:

A place to stay overnight rather than a comfortable holiday, but the price is adequate for the quality. It is not a brand new facility. Well connected to the city centre. The check-in instructions were clear despite the rather complicated way of getting to the facility.

Cons:

A shared kitchen means that your room may be filled with unpleasant smells. There should be a rule against cooking very fragrant dishes.

Great chaice for a short stay!
Pros:

Great choice if you plan to stay in DC for a week or two. The location is good, you can get to the White House in ~30-40 minutes on foot. The bus stop is nearby, and the metro station is within a 3-5 minute walk. The host is very friendly and would help with anything you would need! Also, the check-in instructions were clear, so the process was smooth. Highly recommended place to stay!

Cons:

Nothing for me. It might be useful to mention that the apartments are located on the 2nd and 3rd levels, and there is no elevator.

Its a good facility and the owner is very warm.
Pros:

Excellent location. Close to the Metro station, shopping malls and restaurants

這是一趟非常非常美好的旅程！這次前來的主因是參加大型國際會議，因此待在這裡長達八個晚上，一切都極其便利，樓下對面就是自助洗衣店，附近步行即可抵達2-3間雜貨店，如果要前往地鐵也只需要走不到10分鐘! BTW, 樓下隔壁的冰淇淋店超級好吃….
Pros:

房東非常的用心照顧與協助，廚房、衛浴設備齊全
入住過程中廚房水槽一度塞住，在傳訊息給房東後，很快就答覆且十分積極的協助排除問題，也還會一再的關心入住狀態。

Cons:

會聞到濃濃的大麻味，但這無法避免
雖然從一樓要抵達房間會經歷四道鎖，非常的安全，不過房間的鎖都有點卡緊，有時候轉動會要花不少力氣～

Pros:

Host was amazing. He was super helpful and accommodating. The place felt like home, very clean and organized. Best thing was there was a fully stocked kitchen so we could cook food during our stay and save on eating out. Really loved our time there and will 100% stay at this place whenever we are in DC.
