Pros:

It was very relaxed. I left every morning at 7:30 and came home after 9 pm.
It was perfect for me all week.

Pros:

Un très bon emplacement situé à 10 minutes de bus du centre avec un très bon accueil et personnel très chaleureux 🇨🇵❤🫶
Le quartier demande plaisance est très sympathique.
Il y a de nombreux restos un magasin Lidl le métro le bus c'est assez animé tout en étant un petit peu en périphérie de ~4 km du centre

Worst experience
Pros:

Location was good.

Cons:

This was one of the worst accommodation experiences I have ever had.
The bed was extremely uncomfortable and noisy, making it difficult to sleep. The shared bathroom was a nightmare, and the instructions provided by the host were unnecessarily complicated and difficult to follow. To make matters worse, the host gave me a very dirty towel to use.
Overall, it was a very disappointing and unpleasant experience. I would not recommend this accommodation, especially to anyone who values cleanliness, comfort, and privacy.

Near subway, large room with good air conditioner, quiet. Many restaurants nearby. Good price.

No staff on site but responsive by phone, etc.
Some problems with entering.
Shoe removal inconvenient.
Lack of shelf and clothes hooks in bathroom.

Good price for this accommodation
Pros:

The area is very quite.

Cons:

You have to manage the check in, and the way to open the doors sometimes was difficult. But for the price, it is ok. I didn't like the air conditioning, but I sent a message to staff and they were attentive.

Homey. Looks very clean. Bathrooms light, bright, and roomy.

The homey atmosphere. The bathrooms and kitchen looked very clean.

Cons:

There is a strong moldy or musty smell in building.

Felt a bit dangerous climbing the stairs from the front door where the shoes are stored to the first floor with the rooms and kitchen. A hand rail should be added.

The bidet didn't stay in it's holder and therefore not sure it was clean since it ended up resting on toilet tank and floor.

When I was searching for accommodations, I might have mixed up the website descriptions because I was expecting an outdoor yard or garden.

Pros:

The kitchen has everything you need. Very good!

Cons:

The door knob of my room was broken completely I could not it to move the door as it will fall out, luckily the door lock works (separated from the door knob), still it is very inconvenience to open and close the door. There are someone's cloths already in the closet, so I feel uncomfortable to use the closet.

Lesson learned: You get what you pay for!
Pros:

1. The box air conditioner in the bedroom worked.
2. I asked for a handtowel and wash cloth - they were set out for me.

Cons:

Ancient space that felt very unclean. Community Bathroom especially was alarming. Bath mats on the floor and hand towels never changed once over five days - and used by MANY people. Toilet became filthy. Just Gross.
All in all, I am proud that I stayed and made it the five days. Battered furniture, broken blinds - just a rundown, scary place in a pretty shady area.

I don’t want to recommend this place to others.

Cons:

This place is absolutely disgusting. First of all, they don’t have a proper hair dryer. The owner claimed they have two dryers, but I only saw one 220V hair dryer, so I had to buy one myself. To make matters worse, there were an abundance of bugs and flies. My friend and I stayed here for three days and caught a total of ten bugs and flies. The bedding wasn’t cleaned properly either, which was quite unpleasant. On top of that, they didn’t change the hand soap even though it was empty on our first day. Overall, the place is completely unclean. I would never visit this place again and I would never recommend it to anyone. I really enjoyed my time in DC except when I get back to house.
