Cons:

Notre location n’avait pas de table et de chaises bien qu’équipée d’un lave-vaisselle, cuisinière, laveuse, sécheuse, etc.. DÉCEPTION surtout du suivi de Westview qui ne pouvait nous fournir une table et chaises pliantes. Une compensation monétaire nous a été offerte mais l’établissement n’a jamais donné suite... Prochaine fois dans un vrai hôtel!

Utilitarian, not luxury. Poor value for money.
Pros:

Convenient access off Hwy 417 and not too far from places to visit/see.
Bathrooms nice. Place was clean. Beds comfortable.
Check I was easy as was WiFi access.

Cons:

It is NOT luxury. More like utilitarian. A lot of little issues, not to mention cheap construction, which is why it is not luxury. Faux-luxury.
We’re basing this on extensive international travel where facilities that are far better are less costly. Especially in Europe.
Rain shower ‘switch’ did not work in either bathroom (fell out of the panel in both cases), so only a hand shower was available.
Front hall closet: knob was missing and the top rail was missing (broken?)
Only 3 bowls and 3 wine glasses, yet it’s for 4 people. No salad bowl or salad tongs.
Furnace loud.
Noise from other apartments (water, toilet flushing,etc.) was obvious (is there any noise insulation in the place?)
No dish towel or dish rag to wipe up spills (only a sponge), do dishes, etc. when you don’t want to put on the dishwasher for only a few dishes

Возможно летом шума нет и тогда это отличные апартаменты. Рекомендую летом, зимой нет.
Pros:

Мне бы ВСЕ понравилось, если бы не одно обстоятельство, которое перечеркнуло все плюсы этих апартаментов.

Cons:

Шум от вентиляции в коридоре настолько громкий, что я не могла спать. Я слышала его даже в берушах. Дверь входная тонкая и не защищала от постоянного воя отопительной вентиляции.

Better for short term stays - not set up for longer term.
Pros:

It was close to the offices where we needed to work. The apartment was easy to find and the spec was accurate. Access to the property was easy, especially as we had to check in late - having this all automated / code based was useful. Nice TV / lounge and internet access is solid & decent speed. We asked for more cutlery, glasses, bedding, towels and coat hangers and the majority of this was provided within a few days.

Cons:

We booked for 3 weeks and the apartment is not setup for long-term stays. There was no spare bedding or towels and these had to be requested. Spare towels were provided but we were only given sheets for the spare bedding, no pillow covers or duvet cover so had to clean these ourselves. There are no cleaning supplies for surfaces, bathrooms or floors, no mop, no vacuum cleaner and no cleaning services planned for or supplied. I think 'luxury' is a definite misnomer - it's a very small apartment with a standard double bed. We had consistent trouble with the dishwasher too although this is a new unit so likely faulty. We had to set it to clean itself several times for it to work. We were finally offered a cleaning / turndown service on the last weekend and we had already chosen to stay elsewhere for the weekend - I chased / asked for cleaning and responses were slow - asked for cleaning on the 15th, chased on the 22nd morning & night, the 23rd and then were offered a cleaner for the 24th when away.. also, 16 days into our stay with 5 left to go - not exactly useful in terms of timing / responsiveness.
