Nice place, but…
Pros:

The property and unit were newer and aesthetically very nice.

Cons:

The air conditioning could not cool the unit, which reached 26-27 degrees Celsius. The smoke detector also needed new batteries and every 8 hours or so needed to be reset, including in the middle of the night. These issues were emailed and texted to the contact information provided, but there was never a response for the 6 days I was there.

Pros:

Très bel appartement, bien équipé et bien situé.

Cons:

Le chauffage était trop fort, impossible à baisser.

공간이 넓었음

Cons:

상주 직원이 없고 체크인 시스템 불편. 심지어 3층 객실 안내 표시가 부족해서 한참 헤매다가 찾았음. 거리가 시끄러워서 밤에 잠을 잘못잤으며 에어컨 조절식 시스템작동이 힘듬

Was good.
Pros:

Good location, suite looked nice.
IKEA furniture but made to look fancy and all. Bathroom sink and shower drain weren't clogged this time (Happened once out of 4-5 times I've been there). :)
The curtain for the bedroom door didn't hook, but a quick call and they sent someone to fix it who taped it down so I could have my privacy and dark room.

Cons:

Nothing that I remember. It's an apartment hotel type. Everything needed was there and clean.
Many people seem to forget to log out of their accounts on the Smart TV. Maybe a clearer reminder for them to do so before leaving would be good. On Youtube, there's a button to disconnect all accounts at once and doesn't save their login info. Don't know for other apps.

Clean place but very noisey building
Pros:

Easy to get in and out

Cons:

Parking - very small spaces and I had climb in and out of the passengers side to get in and out of my car. Really worried that someone would scratch my car as it was so tight.

Also the walls and ceiling were paper thin. We could hear everything from the room above including when they were using the washroom!

Luxury in this neighborhood is an aspirational concept. Westview Suites is beside two houses (that should be condemned)
Pros:

Cons:

This property is misrepresented, poorly maintained and in violation of municipal and provincial safety laws:

- [ ] smoke/CO detectors in suite disconnected (found in a closet on a shelf closet). It is illegal in Ontario to disable smoke or CO detectors in a rented dwelling space.
- [ ] no posted elevator permit. Is there a valid license?
- [ ] Unpaved driveway has potholes nobody would want to drive through, one big enough for a hippo to swim
- [ ] Broken hand sprayer in shower
- [ ] Broken blackout blind in bedroom which flew up with nerve-wracking thwack!! when the makeshift tape-down gave way. Call the blind company and repair it.
- [ ] Broken privacy blind control in living room
- [ ] Burnt out bedroom bedside table light
- [ ] No pot holders or oven mitts in kitchen
- [ ] Frequently used surfaces clean, but the apt itself needs a complete clean corner to corner to corner.
- [ ] One wash cloth for two guests
- [ ] Coffee maker with supplies in rental description; there was coffee but no filters
- [ ] Previous guests have taken kitchen cutlery which has not be replaced. Only one teaspoon.
- [ ] Public areas in the building were not clean when arrived and were not touched while we were there. As with washrooms in a restaurant, they telegraph what are the maintenance standards in the areas you don’t see.

Wir können diese Wohnung nicht empfehlen, solange die Rücksichtslosigkeit nicht beseitigt wird.
Pros:

Die der Wohnung wäre für uns eigentlich okay gewesen, wenn wir während der Dauer unseres Aufenthalts die Lärmbelästigung nicht ertragen hätten müssen.

Cons:

Wir haben in der Unterkunft im Mai 2026 drei Nächte verbracht (vorletzte Etage). Wir konnten in keiner dieser Nächte gut schlafen, da ab 23:30 Uhr bis 05:00 Uhr in der darüberliegenden Wohnung eine Party gefeiert wurde oder sonstiger Lärm (Hüpfen, Stampfen, Möbel verschieben, laute Schritte, etc) war. Selbst unser Sohn (23 Jahre) hatte dafür kein Verständnis. Aus unserer Sicht war dies eine Rücksichtslosigkeit, die wir in dieser Art und Weise noch nie in einer Unterkunft hatten.

Very nice and spacious accommodation
Pros:

Very spacious for 4 people and 2 bathrooms! Clean and nicely decorated.
Rooftop top patio is nice.

No staff on site but communication was fine and we had what we needed

Cons:

It would be great to have a pull out sofa but we booked knowing it was not a pullout.

You need a car to stay here to explore Ottawa. It's a quick drive to the main areas though.

We were comfortable and had a good night's sleep.
Pros:

The ease of access, cleanliness, comfort. The unit was accessable, as one of us had mobility issues. In general it meet all our needs more than expected.

Cons:

Because we got in later than expected, we were not able to get a 24 hour convenience store to pick up supplies close to the location. However we did find fast food, although not walking distance. Took a bit of time to find the parking.
