Spacious apartment, nice rooftop patio, great location
Pros:

Location is great. Very spacious apartment. We were four in a 2 bedroom and we had lots of room.

Cons:

The parking for the apartment is not the greatest, depending on the spot you are provided. Another option is to part on the street overnight.

Very nice property.

Cons:

I had an issue with the parking (which was not the owner’s fault). Someone in the complex took my assigned spot and I had to improvise at 11:30pm. Not fun but resolved nonetheless.

Excellent space, good distance from downtown. I would recommend these apartments to anyone.

Pros:

It is a modern new build and the units are very clean, with all brand new appliances. The units and building itself is great. Cleaning staff also helpful and great.

Cons:

Did not receive my booking information from the property owner in time. I received empty emails with no info in them so there was a problem with their email system/server. They have no reception staff on site and when I tried calling their number, they did not pickup. I was fortunate to see and speak to a cleaner who helped me obtain the proper booking information but I did not receive my parking spot info.

Property management is terrible.
Pros:

I liked the room itself. It was clean and comfortable. The location was also good. It was easy to follow the instructions.

Cons:

There was a group of girls who booked the room next door. They booked it for a party. It clearly states in the policy of booking that the property is not to be used for parties. They were extremely noisy the entire night from 10pm til 5am the next morning. Not only that, they had given the access code to the apartment to more than 20 people who were coming in and out of the building the entire night. It was loud and did not feel safe that anyone could just come and go as they please in the building. When I brought this to the attention of the property manager on the phone number that was given to me, he initially stated that he would take care of it. Hours went by and nothing was done, noone came to take care of the situation. I called back and was screened twice. I messaged the property manager without a reply. The management of this property does not value it's customers or their safety or their sleep and comfort nor do they care about the policies they set in place for customers to abide by. I was very unhappy with how this was handled - because it was not even handled.

Good location. Great for work.
Pros:

The apartment was spacious and clean. Good location. Parking was easy to find and that was very good. There were a lot of appliances and utensils. The washer and dryer was a plus for me.

Cons:

The walls are thin so you can hear sounds, conversations from other apartments and even the hallway.

Modern, Clean and Spacious!
Pros:

Wonderful experience! All details were sent beforehand and we had no issues! Will definitely book again in the future if we are back in Ottawa!

I would never stay here again even if was for free.
Pros:

NOTHING

Cons:

The suites are in an area with no walkable amenities or restaurant's
Front door access code was changed on me and I had to wait outside for 45 minutes until fixed
Very loud building with people coming in at all hours of night. Tough to get a good night's sleep.
On the second day, very strong smell of marijuana at 6:00 am. This was disgusting.
