An sich sehr gute Lage und freundliches Personal. Trotz des kleinen Raumes war es insgesamt sehr sauber
Deutlich kleiner als man denkt. Ein Raum der eigentlich für ein Doppelbett gedacht ist, mit drei Einzelbetten auszustatten, und dies dann noch als normales Dreibettzimmer zu verkaufen ist respektlos.
お得に泊まれた🉐金額的に期待してなかったのですが、とても綺麗で掃除も隅々までしてあり快適に過ごせました。
また利用したいと思います。

We stayed at Dotonbori Crystal Exe for five nights and were extremely happy with our stay. The room was exactly as pictured — if anything, even a little better in person! I also wasn’t expecting the kitchenette, so that was a really nice surprise.
Check-in was incredibly easy and stress-free, and the staff were always friendly, accommodating, and helpful. Whenever I had a question or needed assistance, they always made an effort to find someone who could help. We also requested fresh towels during our stay, and they were very quick to respond and provide exactly what we needed.
The bed was EXTREMELY comfortable! The soft feather-down bedding and slightly weighted feeling of the duvet made it so cozy. Granted, we were exhausted after exploring Japan all day, but we had some seriously restful sleeps here!
My absolute favorite part of the room, though, was the authentic Japanese-style bathroom with separate wet and dry areas. I loved it! Having a washing machine in the room was also incredibly convenient, even though we didn’t end up using it.
The location is another huge plus. It’s conveniently situated close to Dotonbori, with plenty of markets, bustling streets, amazing food, shopping, and activities all within easy reach. It’s also very central to nearby train stations, which made getting around Osaka and exploring further afield incredibly convenient. You can spend the day sightseeing and then come back and still have so much happening right on your doorstep.
After five nights, the whole experience from check-in to check-out was easy, comfortable, and completely stress-free. The room exceeded my expectations, the staff were lovely, and it was a fantastic place to come back to and relax after long days exploring Osaka. I would happily stay here again!
The only thing I would say that I didn't like is that the menu at the restaurant was a little boring and didn't have much in it.
Walking distance to the center. They were able to accept luggage delivery and the room was great for our family of 5.
I didn’t like that there was a washer but no dryer.
