Clean with sufficient facilities
Unavailability of second room booked but seemed a genuine reason and allowed into family room to accommodate as well as full refund
Not a bad stay! Room was nice, a bit too grey if I have to say. Nice shower. There were quality body wash products and lotions in the bathroom! Kettle inside the room👍
We never saw anyone of the cleaning staff during our stay, the kitchen was dirty and we had to clean it up a bit, I guess from the people who were there before us. Some sheets were left soaked in the washing machine for 5 days. The kitchen cupboards had flour moths in them. I guess I would ask of the staff more care regards cleaning cause otherwise it would have been a good stay… though I wouldn’t say luxury rooms :)
The location was perfect for me to walk to work in a few minutes.

The room was very hot. Entry doors very stiff - might be useful to have instructions on easiest way to open.
We stayed in Room 6, which faces the main road. Unfortunately, the room was extremely hot due to the warm weather. The only way to cool it down was to open the windows, but because the room is at a busy road junction, the traffic noise was constant and made it impossible to sleep.
It was hard to decide which was worse – the heat in the room with the windows closed or the heavy traffic noise with them open. Sadly, it resulted in a very poor night's accommodation.

Kitchen door was a bit loud when it closed but otherwise great. Air conditioning would a good addition.
Very smart, well maintained property. The room felt fresh and inviting, it was the hottest weekend of the year and the hosts had supplied a large fan which was a godsend especially at night allowing us to sleep comfortably. There was an added bonus of a kitchen nearby so we were able to have cold drinks and fresh milk. Highly recommend this accommodation. We were exhibiting at Arley Garden Festival but we did go into Lymm which is well worth a visit. I didn’t have photos of the accommodation so have added some from our show garden!

The traffic noise from 6am as we were at the front of the property. At home, we live in a village which is very quiet, so we found it very noisy.
Lovely clean and comfortable room! Perfect for what we needed!!
