Pros:

Great place, quiet
Small trails on the site
Good breakfast & coffee
No tv (but that’s not a bas thing)
Close to a really good coffee shop…the latte was excellent!
The receptionnist was really nice and helped us book activites.

Pros:

Basic but clean accommodation. The lodges have their own nature trail which is fun (takes 30mins to walk round).
There is a nice cafe and small supermarket at the end of the hotel drive but you really need your own transport to get into Santa Elena.

Pros:

I tried to cancel the reservation on March 9th which was 4 days before and about 2 days after booking and there would be no refund of the charges so I did nothing. At the least it would give them some extra paperwork for all the money I paid for nothing. I'm sure they booked the room and made double the money. Sad but lesson learned. Expensive lesson.

Pros:

Very easy checkin, all staff were very helpful and friendly, rooms were spacious and clean, the property has a nice walking trail, and I saw lots of beautiful wildlife just outside of my room.

Pros:

Key card was only activated for two night stay by mistake and we got back from a long hike to not be able to access our room and reception was not manned. It was soon sorted but a bit of a pain. A bit of a lack of plug sockets but just adequate.

Elida lady at the reception was excellent and very helpful. The place is quiet and close to nature.
