Welcome to our charming flats in the heart of Providencia! We are located in a beautiful French style building where the Hotel Orly used to be. The owners remodeled and made cozy, fully equipped flats for 2-5 people, maintaining the excellence of the service. Our location is unbeatable; you can easily explore on foot an area full of restaurants, shops and businesses. In addition, the Pedro de Valdivia Metro station is just a few steps away, making it easy to get to the center of Santiago and other areas of interest. All our flats have fully equipped kitchens, air conditioning and thermopane windows. On the ground floor, you will find a cozy living and dining room, along with a charming interior terrace that you can enjoy in addition to the privacy of your own flat. On the first floor, we also have a washing machine and dryer for the exclusive use of our guests.
If you are coming to Santiago this will be the ideal place for your stay.

The 1 bedroomed apartment was lovely - it had everything we needed! It’s very clean and well maintained and has a safe. The linen was super soft and the bed had great pillows. There are 2 tvs, one in the sitting area and one in the bedroom.
The staff was amazing - friendly, helpful and accommodating - both Anita and Lazarus were great hosts.
It’s very close to the metro station and Ave Provedincia which has lots of buses stopping.
They allowed us to drop our bags early.
I would call it a niche boutique hotel/aparthotel.
You can also do your washing and get it dried for a small charge - they provide the washing powder/liquid.
We had a spacious, clean and comfortable apartment. The manager was very gracious and accommodating. The washer and dryer on-site was a huge plus. Everything is in walking distance.

Me gustó la atención que brindaron en la recepción. La habitación impecable al igual que el resto de los espacios del hotel. La ubicación del hotel es excelente.

Localização perfeita em Providencia, ao lado das casas de câmbio, de bons restaurantes (recomendo Vapiano e La Biferia) e mercado Santa Isabel. O sr. Ivan nos recepcionou com muita atenção e deu ótimas indicações.
Como nao tem onde parar em frente ao apartamento (pista única sem acostamento), para os passeios sempre precisávamos combinar ponto de encontro na esquina. Mas nao chegou a ser um problema.

Hotel excelente, ótima localização e ótimos anfitriões
Location was excellent. Convenient to subway, good restaurants, San Cristobal Park, in a safe area. Congenial staff. Very comfortable beds. Small but very functional and well outfitted kitchen. Plenty of room for lounging after a day of touring or work.
Some loud noise late at night from bar on the street behind the hotel if your rooms have windows facing that direction. However, when closed the windows do a good job of cutting the noise.
