DiecPensio ist zu empfehlen.
Pros:

Das Personal war super nett, sehr entgegenkommend u. hilfsbereit. Die Lage war ausgezeichnet: Man war in ca. 15 Min. mit Auto in Bad Schandau. Bastei in unmittelbarer Umgebung, Bushaltestelle vor der Pension
Wir würden wieder kommen.

Wenn das Restaurant offen hatte, war da Essen OK.

Cons:

Wir wollen morgens kein üppiges Frühstück. Leider gab es nur die Auswahl zwischen "kein Frühstück" und "Frühstücksbuffet". Und wir wollen auch nicht erst ab 8.00h Frühstücken.
Es stehen nirgends die Öffnungszeiten des Restaurants - aber man merkt es ja dann, wenn alles verschlossen ist.
Die Handtücher im Bad waren unglaublich, mehr sage ich dazu nicht.
Der Mülleimer im Zimmer wurde alle zwei bis drei Tage geleert. Nach drei Tagen wird das langsam interessant mit Apfel- und Bananenresten darin.
Man sagte uns, wir müssten auf einem 200 m entfernten Parkplatz parken. Für andere Hausgäste galt das offensichtlich nicht. Schön, wenn es da nicht regnet, wenn man zum Auto geht.
Als wir sagten, dass das WLAN nicht funktioniert, passierte erst mal nichts, bis wir nach drei Tagen ein mail schrieben, weil im Haus mal wieder niemand zu finden war.

Unterkunft super , geschlossene Küche ohne Ankündigung schlecht

Cons:

Beim der Anreise funktionierte der PIN für die Tür nicht. Das gleiche Leid teilten die Gäste die Zeitgleich angereist sind.
Und leider hatte die Küche an diesen Tag geschlossen obwohl laut Öffnungszeiten offen hätte sein müssen .
Für uns war das ein Auswahlkriterium ,da wir mit einem Baby unterwegs sind und abends nicht unbedingt noch zum Abendessen fahren wollten.

Kontakt zum Vermieter sehr schlecht,
Erst nach 2 Tagen eine Möglichkeit bereitgestellt, ein warmes Getränk zuzubereiten.
Am ersten Tag war das Zimmer saukalt, Heizung auf 0
Es ist immer noch Winter und ein bisschen überschlagene Temperaturen darf man da erwarten.

Ich fand es ein wenig schade, dass der Chef des Hauses mich nicht einmal ganz kurz persönlich begrüsst hat, obgleich er direkt hinter der Tür zum Eingangsbereich stand (als die nette junge Servicekraft nachfragen musste, welches Zimmer mir zugedacht ist). Da fühlte ich mich als booking.com-Bucher direkt etwas zurückgesetzt...
