Hotel is Ok
Pros:

Breakfast was included and good.
Convenient location to a few shops and restaurants

Cons:

If you don't pay extra for the bay view rooms, you overlook the train station which was noisy at times.
The sofa bed is very uncomfortable and I would not recommend for an adult to use
Additional parking charges of 25USD per day
Kitchen is very basic

Valida alternativa a San Francisco
Pros:

Struttura moderna e funzionale per raggiungere San Francisco. Parcheggio gratuito. Camere ampie e adatte a famiglie.

Hotel needs to be gutted and redone
Pros:

The location was great. It was by a market that had a variety of options to eat as well as a few strip malls within walking distance.

Cons:

First, I asked for early check in because we traveled from the east coast and had been up since 2 AM. They had given the people before us a late check out, our room wasn't ready until 3 PM. I paid extra for a high room with bay views. I received a room on floor 5 (near the bottom) with a view of buildings. NO BAY! On top of everything the bathroom was falling apart, the toilet roll holder broke and was never fixed, shower had damaged the wall next to it, the bed was incredibly lumpy, the windows were paper thin and you could hear everything and the carpet needed to be replaced. In fact the entire hotel needs to be redone! The halls smelled, the lobby carpet was stained, the elevator even had red sticky stuff on the floor. When I complained about the no bay view that I had paid for they said I had one since it was on the bay side. The location is great, but really not worth the price!

Perfect Place for a Girl's Weekend
Pros:

I like the room which was a suite and allowed for us to relax with two rooms and a sofa. The kitchenette was so useful.

Pros:

Lots of suites with kitchens to choose from.

Cons:

Gym was too small and lacked space to workout w weights or so floor exercises.
Not enough seating in the lobby area and general public area on ground floor.
Not enough pots and pans for proper use of kitchenette in suites.
In consistent WiFi that requires re-signin at odd times throughout the day.
Parking spaces are too narrow

Pros:

Hôtel plutôt bien situé pour une visite de SF, une trentaine de minute pour rejoindre le centre ville.
Chambre correcte et plutôt bien équipée pour une famille de 5.

Cons:

Chambre à l'arrière du bâtiment juste au dessus du système de ventilation donc un peu bruyant la nuit lors de la mise en route et l'arrière donne sur le voie de chemin de fer. Si possible demander une chambre sur l'avant du bâtiment !

Nice view if on harbor side. No upgrades avail although paid for.
Pros:

Very cozy bed. Nice hotel. Clean. Easy to walk to food market for dinner. World Cup watch party in lobby because no late checkout.

Cons:

Way to light rail and up steps was gross and not well lit. Free parking is just next door but they trick you into paying for it.

A great Birthday stay. Perfect for family event!!
Pros:

We found the staff in reception, particularly Princess, to be extremely helpful. We needed to change rooms as our situation changed and there was no hesitation fr om staff to help!

Cons:

Only one issue arrose: the sofa bed was uncomfortable for adult use but fine for kids.

Bon hôtel pour visiter San Francisco
Pros:

Hôtel bien placé pour visiter San Francisco . Nous avions une cuisine et un trader Joe était à 5mn en voiture . En plus nous avons été upgrades à notre arrivée pour avoir une vue élevée sur la Bay … top 👍🏻

Cons:

Petit déjeuner très simple et disponible jusqu’à 9h maximum….
