We enjoyed our stay at Hyatt House and would not hesitate to visit you again.
Pros:

loved the complimentary breakfast. our room was very comfortable. the front desk staff (Mike in particular) was very accomodating. Loved the pool and hot tub. We were visiting several locations in and around Emeryville. The hotel location was ideal.

Cons:

The gym could have been a more complete (more and different equipment) gym.

Didn't get a good night's rest.
Pros:

Staff was kind. Shampoo, conditioner, and body wash were nice.

Cons:

This hotel is noisy. It's right next to the train tracks, so the train horns started at 5am. The hotel alarm clock went off at 6am, and I didn't set it. The kids next door started screaming at 7am, and room doors were slamming down the hallways until 8:30am. Towels had hairs on them. Shower wasn't very clean with hairs on the floor and drain area. Pillow cases had blue pen marks on them.

Pros:

My family and I enjoyed how spacious the room was.

Decent stay and good location
Pros:

Good value and decent breakfast. View of the bay was awesome

Cons:

Sofa bed must be comfortable. A little noisy due to the highway traffic
