voelden ons in het begin niet welkom door de muziek keuze van het hotel

La chambre et l’emplacement

Cons:

Les extérieurs manquent d’entretien, plusieurs terrasses abandonnées, du carrelage de la piscine qui se retire et certaines marches sont cassées. On se sent seuls, hôtel vide.

Pros:

De heerlijke bedden en goede douche. Het hotel ligt op een berg maar je bent zo in het centrum. Bediening personeel was ook top!

Cons:

De glijbanen bij het zwembad deden het niet. Het binnen zwembad was ook dicht.

Potentiel gâché par un manque d'entretien et de service
Pros:

Emplacement exceptionnel en hauteur avec vue panoramique, chambre spacieuse bien équipée et deux piscines à disposition.

Cons:

Présence de nombreuses fourmis dans la chambre et propreté de la piscine à revoir. De plus, le petit-déjeuner est très décevant pour un hôtel de cette catégorie (très peu de choix, lait non frais). C'est également le seul hôtel de notre séjour de deux semaines en Albanie où le deuxième café nous a été facturé en supplément. Le rapport qualité-prix n'est pas au rendez-vous pour un 4 étoiles.

Die Lage, das Essen und der Service waren super!! WIr haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und haben alle 3 Nächte sehr genossen. Das Personal hat sich sehr bemuht über die Geschichte in unsere Gespräche zu erzählen und waren sehr hilfsbereit. Die Preileistungsverhältniss und das Esssen im Restaurant waren sehr gut. Der Pool und der Blick haben uns in der Hitze geretet und meine Kinder haben es sehr genossen. Es gibt Schildkröten die rumlaufen und waren für die Kinder auch sehr Interessant. Sauber und sehr konfortable Zimmern.

Cons:

TIerhaltung (Kleine Gehege mit Tiere) und Sicherheit im Spielplätze waren die albanische Verhältinsse entsprechend! Indoorpoll und Spa bereich leider nur im Winter geöffnet.
