Pros:

Really good breakfast , to many choice in the table.
Staff was so careful for our needs and it was delicious.
The view was one the best in Elbasan City, Hotel is located in the top of the city.

I had a wonderful experience at Panorama Spa in Elbasan. What truly made my visit special was the staff — they were incredibly welcoming, professional, and attentive from the moment I arrived. Every member of the team made me feel comfortable and cared for, always going the extra mile to ensure I was relaxed and satisfied.

Their kindness and positive attitude really stand out, and you can tell they genuinely care about their clients’ experience. The service was excellent, and everything was handled with great attention to detail.

I highly recommend Panorama Spa, especially because of the amazing staff. I’ll definitely be coming back!

Vielleicht in der Hauptsaison wieder

Die Lage auf dem Berg war super, auch wenn die Anfahrt schwer zu finden war und die Straße hinauf schlecht
Pool und Sauna gut, auch wenn erst um 12.00 geöffnet wird
Servicepersonal verschieden nett und zuvorkommend

Cons:

Frühstück-nicht gefragt, was gewünscht und Bezahlung des 2. Kaffees !!
Auch beim Abendessen tauchten für Brot und Service extra Gebühren auf.

Espace, tranquillité et service
Pros:

En vacances familiales durant hiver, le lieu est magnifiquement placé. Une vue superbe sur Elbasan et les montagnes. Le personnel très accueillant. Ce serait intéressant de voir l’endroit en été, ça doit être la fête ! 🥳

-Sehr hilfsbereites Personal immer bemüht es einem recht zu machen.
- tolles traditionelles Essen, es hat alles ausgezeichnet geschmeckt der Preis war angemessen.
- Ein schöner Innenpool, da wir im März dort waren kann ich die Außenpools nicht beurteilen.
-Wir hatten ein Dreibettzimmer, dieses war sehr groß mit Balkon und toller Aussicht über Elbersan.

Cons:

TIP: Bitte gebt den Tieren mehr Platz, ich kenne Albanien aber für Menschen aus dem Ausland wirkt die enge Behausung sehr unschön.

Absolut empfehlenswert
Pros:

Tolles Hotel mit nettem Personal. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.
Die Aussicht ist grandios.
Der Pool und die Sauna waren die Rettung für unseren Regentag. Das Restaurant ist sehr gut und die Preise fair. Das Frühstück war reichhaltig und lecker. Die Kinder haben zusätzlich Cornflakes bekommen - das fanden sie super.
Das Personal war sehr aufmerksam.

Cons:

Die Haltung der Tiere - leider ein wirklich kleines Gehege

Очень хорошее расположение: отель на горе с прекрасным видом на все окрестности. Тихо, красиво. Хороший, большой бассейн, сауна, все работает.
Очень хороший менеджер отеля, старался сделать все чтобы наш отдых прошел наилучшим образом.

Cons:

Не очень понравился завтрак, по составу и разнообразию не тянет на четырехзвездочный отель, но это может быть мое субъективное мнение

Great stay, highly recommended!
Pros:

I stayed here a few times already for business trips, and it’s consistently excellent. Great service, clean and comfortable facilities, and very reasonable prices. The staff is always friendly and attentive. Breakfast isn’t buffet-style—they serve it fresh upon arrival, so the egg dish is always warm and perfectly cooked. The view of the city is stunning, and the pools and sauna are a fantastic bonus. I’ll definitely keep coming back!
