Perfect cozy stay in the heart of Makati
Pros:

Location is perfect, walking distance to convenience stores, restaurants, and malls. Clean and staffs are very helpful and friendly. Coffee shop and bakery just downstairs too.

Horrible customer service
Pros:

The property will be OK if they did not treat the guest as they do… have you ever been charged for breaking a glass by accident? Only in Somerset Valero.. and they charged 12times the price of the glass (it was an Ikea glass and charged 900PHP)

The property is well located and clean

Cons:

The property has lost their mind with the policies. They charged me 870PHP for breaking a glass by accident.. this will be the first time that a reputable hotel or restaurant charges me for breaking a glass by accident.

Best part is that is that it is an IKEA glass (I have pictures) and you can buy 6 for 399 PHP.. I guess that it is a their new way of making a few more pesos..

Pros:

The suite was superb. It's kid and pet friendly because of its spacious rooms. The room is complete of essential facilities, you literally have everything you need. The staff are kind and accommodating too 🩷 worth every money spent, will definitely go back

Great location
Pros:

Perfect location, loved the kids playground for our kids. The Peking duck from the Chinese restaurant downstairs was delicious.

Cons:

The fire alarm system was malfunctioning and caused 2 nights of interrupted sleep.

New hotel opened! Hospitality has room for improvement.
Pros:

Cozy, comfortable and clean; one-bedroom suite is spacious; washer/dryer and complimentary packets of powdered detergent; new hotel location; attentive housekeeping service; friendly, helpful ground floor staff; seamless check-out.

Cons:

In-room massage service not available during soft launch; textbook check-in experience - room not available until stated 2pm check-in time; was allocated an accessible room even though I booked a standard suite; no rainfall shower.

Overall, it was good but can be improved further.

The room and building aircon temperature is too cold.
There is no dressing table mirror.
The breakfast buffet is terrible unlike the one at Somerset Millenium.

Just keep it up. I know once it is fully operational, it can already serve far more better.
Pros:

Considering that this is still on a soft opening stage , it is understandable that the Breakfast is still not so complete. Anyways, it is already decent enough. In addition that the crew are very accommodating to the needs of their customer.

Cons:

So far since its still new, I didn't see any significant issues.
