Comfortable hotel in a convenient location in Makati
Pros:

- The style of the modern and well-appointed rooms
- TV with HD / full HD international news channels
- Excellent location in Makati
- Friendly staff

Cons:

- The breakfast could do with a substantial upgrade to match the hotel’s official rating.

Otherwise good except for the bathroom experience
Pros:

The location and the staff

Cons:

The bathroom was dark and the shower was poorly constructed resulting in water leaking into the bathroom floor every time we took a showe. We had to set up multiple towels around the bath tub to prevent the entire shower area from getting all wet and flooded. Also, the shower head cannot be adjusted as well.

They upgraded our room 🥺 the staff are so nice. Overall stay 10/10
Pros:

Good location, malapit sa restaurants, very comfortable yung bed, i like the food choices sa breakfast and paglulutuan ka ng egg, if you want. Complete yung gamit sa room, may toaster, microwave, plates, spoon and fork, and many more na magiging convenient sa stay.

Cons:

Hindi sa ayaw ko but yung gym kulang ng gamit pero understandable since maliit space

Memorable
Pros:

I really enjoyed the breakfast, and the staff in the breakfast area were very accommodating and welcoming. My first day was especially memorable because they surprised me with a serenade together with all the staff. I felt a little shy, but I truly appreciated the thoughtful gesture.

Cons:

None

Comfortable, spacious and luxurious with so much to offer
Pros:

Beautiful new property with fantastic facilities. The one bedroom apartment is spacious and luxurious fitted with everything you could need including kitchen utensils, cooktop and microwave. Staff extremely helpful and attentive. Thanks so much for having us, we can’t wait to be back!

Cons:

Unable to keep water in the kitchen sink for washing dishes as there is no plug available and trivet doesn’t block the drain, but other than that everything was perfect!
