Ich habe 4 Nächte in diesem Hotel verbracht und war sehr zufrieden. Die Lage ist hervorragend, besonders die Nähe zum Deutschen Buchladen war für mich sehr praktisch.

Das Zimmer war sauber, ordentlich und komfortabel. Das Personal war freundlich, hilfsbereit und jederzeit ansprechbar. In der Umgebung gibt es viele Cafés, Restaurants und gute Verkehrsanbindungen. Nach einem langen Tag in der Stadt war es immer angenehm, ins Hotel zurückzukehren.

Ein Hotel mit guter Lage, Sauberkeit und herzlicher Gastfreundschaft. Bei meinem nächsten Besuch in Istanbul würde ich gerne wieder hier übernachten.

Pros:

Less than 5 minutes walk from Taksim square. Great for the price.

Cons:

The cleaning lady never came to my room. Good thing I booked for 2, but was solo so I didn't need extra towels.
Somewhat thin walls, could hear people from other rooms

We stayed with our family. The rooms were good and overall everything was normal. For a place in such a central location, the price was quite reasonable.

Nice stay for the money
Pros:

Good location with easy access to public transport, restaurants and markets. Walkable distance to Galata region if you don’t mind walking. Staff was friendly and available 24/7. Comfortable bed. They had A/C upon request.

Cons:

Seems like not a property fault but the infrastructure in the building let a very bad smell come out from the shower drainers. If we closed the bathroom door and open the windows or turned the AC on, it was more bareable but in general this was the biggest downside.

Le lit ett bien ; y a un petit frigo qui fonctionne bien; c’est assez calme meme le matin a l’heure de l’appel a la.prière ; 10 minutes a pieds du metro et 5 du bus (descendez du bus quand il est dans le tunel, sinon faut marcher) ; la clim est efficace ; c’etait vraiment pas cher et d’un bon rapport qualité prix

Le personnel.parle anglais comme je parle allemand (mieux vaut utiliser google traduction) ; y avait une mauvaise odeur dans la salle de bain ; la wifi ne marche absolument pas ; le lit pourrait etre plus moelleux ; l’eau etait soit bouillante soit glacée mais pas tiède ; les rideaux ne bloquent pas bien la lumière, masque de nuit necessaire

There was a polite staff member at the reception. They are helpful whenever needed. You can also ask them questions and get information about the area.

Good basic hotel at an excellent location
Pros:

The hotel is very close to the Taksim square, which is a transport hub in Istambul. In the neighborhood there are many similar small hotels. The "Taksim Cetinkaya Suite" is rather basic, but clean and comfortable. The room is equipped with all necessary items.

Cons:

In the room, the old fluorescent lamps were flickering. These could be replaced with new LED lamps.
