Functional but skimpy.
Cons:

Late check out was approved on check in.
On check out day clerk said no lake check out. Apparently the approval was made by a new employee.
They should have honored the check in clerk’s approval.

De locatie, makkelijk aan te rijden met genoeg parkeerplaatsen

Cons:

De douchekop was verkalkt, dus er kwam maar heel weinig water uit de douchekop

Great stop with a great view.
Pros:

Loved the staff! Everyone waa so helpful. We were traveling with our kids and small dog. Everyone went out of their way to help accommodate us. It was nice to have breakfast and not think about what or where to eat for a couple of days too.

Cons:

I wish there were more hearty breakfast options.

Pros:

The staff was very helpful and friendly. The pool and hot tub water temperatures was just perfect. It was so nice to swim and relax in the hot tub.

Our stay was a disappointment for the price we paid.
Pros:

The breakfast had a waffle maker. That was nice!

Cons:

We didn’t like that there was no phone in the room, and no elevator. So when we had no towels, it was up and down the stairs. Then the tv didn’t work…up and down the stairs. No pillowcases on the pillow and a coffee (?) stain on the duvet. Also the tub had hair in it. That’s always an indication that someone was in hurry. You should at least be able to get hair out and pillow cases on. Oh and if the tv was any smaller we might as well have watched it on our phones! 🤪 rip off for the money. The pool is public. Anyone can swim there. It looked gross. 🤮

The young girl at check in was very nice!

Cons:

Typical of many hotels the room was good but the bathroom was in need of drywall repair. The person at the desk for checkout wasn't very friendly.

Staff was friendly and the pool and jacuzzi was nice and clean

If we could have changed hotels we would have
Pros:

no hot breakfast offered such as eggs and sausage, breakfast consisted of cereal, toast, oatmeal.

Cons:

rooms are old, bathrooms are dated, furniture is dated, tv was old and small.

Pros:

Not much I booked a king suite with 2 beds, I got a small room with one bed. I was told the room had a walking shower it didn't.
When I asked Julian help. He told I should have never used Booking to reserve it.
There wasn't a remote for the TV.
They had no water or diet coke 8n the vending machines.
It just wasn't the stay I was hoping for.
Other than Julian their other staff was fine.
I'm wondering now if I should ever use booking for my travel needs.
This was $190.00 of wasted money.

Julian is very unprofessional in his duties. Isn't someone who should be helping people. Rude
He was upset because I used Booking instead of booking direct with them.
His words were that I should never use Booking.
