Cons:

Nicht akzeptabel – Hotel war bei Ankunft geschlossen

Wir hatten dieses Hotel im Voraus über Booking.com gebucht und reisten mit dem Motorrad an. Vor Ort angekommen, mussten wir feststellen, dass das Hotel geschlossen und offensichtlich wegen Renovierungsarbeiten nicht in Betrieb war. Es gab keinerlei Information dazu bei der Buchung, noch wurden wir im Vorfeld kontaktiert. Wir standen plötzlich ohne Unterkunft da und mussten über 50 km weiterfahren, um ein anderes Hotel zu finden. Dies ist ein schwerwiegender Mangel – sowohl seitens des Hotels als auch von Booking.com, das solche Buchungen überhaupt zulässt. So etwas darf nicht passieren und ist für Reisende absolut unzumutbar.
