Pros:

Great stay in Nepal! The room is clean and comfortable, staff are very friendly and helpful. Perfect location in the center of Thamel, easy to get around. Will definitely book again next time!Special thanks to Ejaj for his great care.
When my friend got injured, he checked on us every day, brought us food, and took good care of us.
We really appreciate his kindness.

Pros:

It is a hotel with warmth, and the humanistic care is extremely excellent. Due to an unexpected hospitalization, the owner even went to the hospital to visit. Being in a foreign country, it was really touching. The room was clean and tidy. I stayed there for half a month this time. All my requests were met. The staff and the owner were very friendly.

A great property with excellent location and staffs
Pros:

Very quiet property on a side road in the center of Themal. Staffs are super friendly and helpful. The complimentary airport pick up was extremely convenient, especially considering that we arrived late at night.

Excellent stay, very friendly and helpful staff
Pros:

Fabulous stay, everthing was perfect. Lovely staff made me so welcome. Breakfast was very good with lots of variety. Special mention for DeVil who covered the reception at night, always very helpful, friendly and gave good recommendations.

Perfect little family hotel in Thamel
Pros:

This little family hotel has it all : welcoming and professional and everybody was ever so kind, always smiling and helpful. The bathroom is modern and immaculate, the beds are very confortable and the insulation is good enough to keep it quiet even when people were speaking loudly outside of our room. The small restaurant offer a simple but varied menu and the food is excellent. Some rooms are more spacious than others, but they all have the essential for a good stay in the heart of Thamel.

Great location and value for money to visit Kathmandu
Pros:

We had an excellent stay at the Kailash Boutique Hotel. The manager Dol helped us with all the practical arrangements prior to our arrival: reservering the shuttles to the airport, taxi rides to our hiking destinations and lunch packs, all was handled meticulously so that we could fully enjoy our stay.

Upon arrival we were warmly welcomed by Ejaj at the reception and he made us feel at home right away. We were shown to our rooms which were very comfortable and had all necessary amenities.

Breakfast was excellent and also the location was very close to the shopping streets in Thamel. We would highly recommend this hotel if you plan to stay in Kathmandu!

Pros:

Wonderful hotel. We arrived after sometime in aindia and everything seemed so luxurious and clean. The staff and manager were super accommodating to every need. We intend to return there between hikes whenever in Kathmandu.

Cons:

The only one little comment is lack of vegan options at breakfast.

Good location but just enough away from the noise of the main strip of Thamel
Pros:

Kailash is a great hotel to prepare for a trek, and also to come back and relax after a trek. The rooms are clean and really nicely designed. All the staff are so kind and helpful - they helped us with booking flights to Lukla, taxis and laundry amongst other things. Location is also good for shops and restaurants nearby.
