Confortável e novo, mas localização é distante

O quarto é novo e muito confortável, o banheiro também é espaçoso e muito limpo. O café da manhã é bom, mas achei que poderia oferecer melhor variedade pelo preço da hospedagem.

Cons:

A localização - é muito distante do resto da cidade, do centro, da UFLA, o que dificulta um pouco o cenário em uma cidade de interior como Lavras. Acho que o café da manhã poderia oferecer mais variedade devido ao custo da diária.

Cons:

O barulho extremamente alto do exaustor do prédio que durou até 23:30h da noite. Segundo a atendente não adiantava mudar de quarto porque o prédio inteiro tem esse barulho. Qual é o ponto da hospedagem ser muito boa em todos os outros quesitos mas não ser possível dormir com esse barulho?
