Uma decepção com a rede Ibis!
Pros:

A localização do hotel em Lavras é boa, mas o serviço prestado e o custo-benefício deixam a desejar.

Cons:

No check-in nos cobraram um valor superior ao que constava da reserva do Booking, e só corrigiram o erro após eu mostrar a página de confirmação da reserva (sou cliente Booking há 10 anos e isso nunca me ocorreu antes). O quarto que nos deram estava com uma poça d'água imensa, e tivemos que ir para outro quarto. E apesar de ser salutar o hotel dizer que possui opções veganas para hóspedes no café da manhã, oferecer leite vegetal estava rançoso e pão de queijo vegano assado havia dias comprometem a confiança na rede!

Hotel bom, bem localizado e agradável
Pros:

O prédio é novo, portanto as acomodações são muito boas e modernas. O atendimento é bom e o hotel fica num lugar bem tranquilo da cidade.

Pros:

Atendimento e qualidade da acomodação - quarto

Cons:

Limpeza dos talheres e pratos utilizados no restaurante bem como das mesas. Todos os dias de minha estadia tive que devolver ou colocar de lado talheres sujos e mal lavados. As mesas usadas não eram limpas para novos usuários.
