Pros:

Очень отзывчивый персонал, пытались решить все проблемы и оставались вежливыми. Посуда и все необходимое в наличии. Вид из номера шикарный - море, горы. Много доступных мест для парковки. Расположение отличное, легко добраться до центра Алании и до районов с кучей кафе и ресторанов.

Cons:

Пол при заселении был не очень чистым, сенсорные экраны для включения света не работали корректно ( через несколько дней их починили). Плесень в душевой и ванной. Стены сыпятся, ремонт не очень качественный. Мы жили в двухэтажном номере, вайфай на верхнем этаже почти не работал, не хватало сигнала. При заселении в номере было 4 рулона туалетной бумаги, 4 таблетки для посудомойки. В дальнейшем нам сказали, что все это мы должны купить сами, если этого количества недостаточно. Слышно шум от дороги, даже на последнем этаже с закрытыми балконными окнами. На букинге вместо представителей отеля отвечает AI или просто приходят пред настроенные ответы. Как выяснилось, ответы через букинг «неофициальные» и отель не несет ответственности за них. Так что лучше общаться с ними через what’sapp, чтобы быть уверенным в точности информации

Overall lovely stay and location, might be noisy during the season
Pros:

We stayed out of season so great value for the money. Well equipped open plan kitchen, if you take sea view apt - sunsets are amazing!

Cons:

There were ants in living room, although didn’t bother much - better not to have and think how to get rid of them. I would add more hangers, as there were only 4 for 2 people and obviously not enough. Had to buy extra.

Pro mě to nemělo chybu,kousek k moři a jak jsem psala,lidé vstřícní a pokud se situace ve světě uklidní,tak se sem opět
Pros:

Vše,vybavení,všichni ochotní,na recepci když jsem potřebovala poradit,tak poradili .Vše je to jenom v lidech,když se chováte slušně a ne povýšeně,tak se to vrátí.Byla jsem naprosto spokojená.Byla jsem tu už v lednu a protože se mi moc líbilo,tak jsem zůstala tentokrát 19 dní

nagyon szép és tiszta volt a szállás, modern szoba gépekkel teljesen felszerelt kilátás a tengerre a balkonról

The place definitely needs improvement, however the location and the newness was positive.
Pros:

The location was very close to the beach, however a bit outside of the center of Kestel and a bit further away from the nice restaurants.
The duplex apartment was huge, had 2 bathrooms and overall plenty of space. We stayed at the ground floor so also had a terrace/garden which was nice.

Cons:

The place was not very clean. Most of the towels were dirty (or at least seemed like it as they had stains), the dishwasher was not emptied before our arrival, the coffee machine seemed like it was not washed for some time and there was some piece of food leftover in the kitchen sink.
We were 3 people staying for 5 days however we were given half of a toilet paper roll (ridiculous).
There were no scissors or bottle opener and all the cups/ glasses were super super small. We had to buy some one-time use paper cups to be able to drink normal coffee or tea.

A modern apartment, spacious and comfortable.
Pros:

Great position with lovely view of the sea.

Cons:

Very short on cutlery and crockery for a longer stay, making it a bit difficult to self cater.
