Zu wenig gemacht aus den Möglichkeiten
Pros:

Portier bzw. die Freundlichkeit fast aller Mitarbeiter im Hotel, Frühstück und Swimmingpool.

Cons:

Preisgestaltung undurchsichtig und unfair, Bad in keinem guten Zustand, Konzept des Hotels nicht gut durchdacht, dafür, dass es noch so neu ist (2024 eröffnet).

Requested housekeeping, but they only took the plates, tip and left yet no cleaning was done. Waited outside for an hour at 2AM after being told someone would return, no one came. Very poor service.

The wait staff was not helpful. Cannot believe you only service almond milk and soy milk with coffee. Should serve fresh milk with coffee too. It’s a great hotel but don’t skimp on proper quality of milk.
