Pros:

The hotel staff are perfect, wonderful!

Cons:

I didn’t like the internet speed and the room cleaning.
Water is replaced only when it has completely run out. If there is still enough water left for a couple of glasses, they won’t replace it.
The bed linen is not changed every time during room cleaning, so we had to ask them to change it.

Very memorable very excellent, will surely stay again at Citadines when in Bacolod.

Super enjoyed Citadines Hotel and Bacolod. This is a must for your stay in Bacolod. Staff service were all excellent and very accomodating. Shout out congratulations especially to 1) Chef Bernard and staff Alyza (Namit resto buffet breakfast very sumptious and great with sooo good Segafredo coffee); 2) Front Desk Christine and AJ; 3) Housekeeping Ray and Lester; 4) Pool JCar. Hotel room soo clean and equipped with all your needs. Big plus on Gym and Pool with View; pool Bar and Band on weekends. Hotel Area is very Good location @Lacson; near Art District with Aidas Inasal and Art Gallery; La Arte Halo2 branch; Ereneta Chorizo @Sta Clara; Mushu The Row and V&W with Felicias Nenas Grocery Mcdo etc

Other than the pillows, it’s all good.

Cons:

My shower drain was clogged. But the housekeeper who cleaned my room opened the drain which helped my last night. Plumbing services of hotel might have to make a more permanent fix.

Great hotel staff particularly Hacel, very pleasant! Awesome gym size and pool!
Pros:

Wide selections of rooms and best for your money.

Cons:

Parking restrictions that limit the flow of the surrounding businesses. Also, too much for one person from the hotel security to manage the door and the parking.

Lovely hotel very often visited by us.
Pros:

Lovely hotel in Bacolod City.
Centrally located. Clean rooms, very friendly staff.

Cons:

The Breakfast buffet is lovely although the last time we visited the bread was very dry and hard. Obviously not fresh. When booking directly at the hotel the breakfast is not included anymore whereas you do the booking via Booking.com the breakfast is included. Very strange policy from the management of Citadines

Ohne den erwähnten Minuspunkt die Erwartungen erfüllt!
Pros:

Das Frühstück war zwar auf Einheimnische Gäste ausgerichtet, aber enthielt doch die eine oder andere interkontinentale Komponente (Brot, Butter, us.w). Die Marmelade bzw. Konfitüre könnte ein wenig aufwändiger und reichhaltiger daherkommen. Ansonsten sehr freundliches und zuvorkommendes Bedienungspersonal und sehr aufmerksame und nicht allzu aufdringliche Betreuung beinm Frühstück. Freude herrscht!

Cons:

Leider ist ein grosser Minuspunkt zu verzeichnen, der das Gesamtbild trübt: am Abreisetag um 06.30 Uhr vormittags war die individuelle Dusche inkl. WC beim Zugang zum Schwinmmbad in einem erbärmlichen Zustand (sehr schmutzug und übelriechend: ein absolutes No-Go als Visitenkarte für ein Hotel dieser Kategorie! Pfui!!!!! Untolerierbar mit dem besten Willen! Bitte der Hotelleitung melden!

Zu wenig gemacht aus den Möglichkeiten
Pros:

Portier bzw. die Freundlichkeit fast aller Mitarbeiter im Hotel, Frühstück und Swimmingpool.

Cons:

Preisgestaltung undurchsichtig und unfair, Bad in keinem guten Zustand, Konzept des Hotels nicht gut durchdacht, dafür, dass es noch so neu ist (2024 eröffnet).
