Friendly staff who randomly checked on me I really appreciate them.
They were not able to provide simple tea and coffee in the room which I believe should be a complimentary for the guest,maybe they can look into that and improve if possible.
Nice swimming pool
1. Our room was behind the kitchen, people were making noise till 00:00 hr and we had to tell one (he looked like he worked there) to keep it down as he was watching videos on his phone (not far from our window and it was loud).
2. We could not open our windows because of the smell of the old food matter, the smell was horrible.
3. The room was not clean at all, spider webs everywhere.
4. No rubbish bin in the bathroom.
5. We did not have a options to choose our breakfast, it was like „take it or leave it“ kinda situation.
6. The accommodation venue was hard to find (we are foreigners).
Clean room and quite room, convenient and calm location to the beach of Nyali and the malls
The shower was so hot for me and couldn't made ut back to the cold one, and reception person was not there most of the time in need of help

Het ontbijt bestond uit een ei met brood en bonen, en 3 schijfjes komkommer en tomaat.
The reception was warm and the environment was cool. The chef is very sure of what his doing.
Security is top notch.

WiFi was not working by the time I left but those are technical issues that normally arise.
