J’ai adoré séjourné dans cet hôtel, je recommande !!
Pros:

L’emplacement était top, le personnel attentif à ce que tout soit parfait et la chambre était nickel !

Cons:

Le lit double était composé de deux matelas d’une personne, c’était un peu étroit.

Beautiful room.with en suite and great location

Cons:

The stairs were very steep and narrow but we got used to them. The two single mattresses kept sliding off the base. Wasn't really a twin bed arrangement

Parfaitement situé au coeur de Haarlem
Pros:

Bien situé au coeur de Haarlem, cette établissement est l’option parfaite pour dormir hors Amsterdam sans être trop loin (15 minutes en train de la gare central d’Amsterdam). Chambre avec tout le nécessaire. Check inn et gestion des clés pour les gens qui n’ont pas peur des technologies mais très efficace.

We were only there for 3 nights so hotel was adequate as a base for sleeping.
Pros:

The location in Harleem was central and nice and quiet at night. Good air conditioning/ heating, mini fridge. Very clean and tidied and cleaned each day. Large bathroom.

Cons:

The bed seemed comfortable but was very soft and woke up with a stiff back each morning (though my companion did not so just a personal dislike) The bathroom smelt a bit musty though it was perfectly clean and the shower was good. There is a lack of a place for doing hair/makeup and poor lighting for those tasks, nothing a mirror with lights at the desk wouldn't solve. There was also no dressing mirror or hangers for trousers. Would have liked some instructions for the coffee machine too! We could not get in on our first return to the hotel so needed to call the company up they were very helpful but could not solve the issue, in the end I turned off wifi on my phone and was then able to access the front door. We were on the top floor (lots of steep stairs but we knew that in advance) but means missing out on the lovely tall windows on the lower floors.

Great location, easy to find, instructions were perfect.
Pros:

The property was very convenient to the train and bus stations and right in the heart of the city.

Cons:

The refrigerator did not work and the bed wasn't that comfortable (too squishy).

The stairs to room 5 were a bit challenging with luggage on hand, but it's manageable, just takes a bit more time 😊

Very smooth process despite it being contactless as there is no front desk. Location was central Haarlem so little shops and cafes nearby.

The stairs are very narrow, but it's not the end of the world.

Posizione facilmente accessibile. Quartiere centrale (ad Haarlem) ben collegato ad amsterdamo con treni veloci e frequenti. Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo. Ottimi servizi di ristorazione nelle vicinanze. Self check-in assistito. Stanza pulita e confortevole con grande bagno, tv, frigo (vuoto). Macchina del caffè/ bollitore in camera.

Cons:

Mancanza di ascensore. Avrei gradito una bottiglia d'acqua in frigo.
