Pros:

Great value for money, had all the facilities available. Great location, easy to get everywhere from. Tidy and comfortable. It had security on the bedroom doors, which was great for me and my seven year old, but everyone else staying there were lovely young people.

Cons:

The shower took a bit to work out and maybe temperature control was a bit hard if someone was in the kitchen.

Cons:

The house I booked has misleading photos and explanation. As soon as I arrived in the neighborhood (next to a factory area, on a narrow street with parking that you need to climb onto the sidewalk) I tried to find the house. There was no house that looked like the one in the pictures, no indication that it was a house was listed on Booking. On the contrary, a small old house with a huge sign in front “For sale”. I had to ask a neighbor to confirm that it was that. As soon as I entered, I realized that it is a normal house, with rooms like a flatshare, that you share with strangers. Clean, but old. The kitchen is small and dark. Outdated. I left directly and asked for a refund, but the owner declined directly, saying “already checked in”. I lost 40€, plus the money i had to spent last minute to book somewhere else.
False description and photos. No idea why it’s allowed on the platform. AVOID AT ALL COST

Im Endeffekt handelt es sich um ein Haus welches zum Verkauf steht. Um in der Übergangszeit Kohle zu machen, werden die vorhandenen 3 Schlafzimmer vermietet. Der Vermieter oder Anbieter macht in dem Haus nur das nötigste. Gast geht, Bettwäsche wird gewechselt, Müll wird geleert und dann war's das auch. Das Badezimmer und die Küche sind ekelhaft. Hier bedarf es einer Grundreinigung. Ich hab die Küche nicht einmal genutzt, nachdem ich das Inventar gesehen habe. Die Flecken im Badezimmer auf den Teppichen waren ekelhaft. 🤢In meinem Zimmer waren Spinnenweben und ekelhafte Spinnen an den Fenstern (nicht erst von vor einer Woche). Die Handtücher und Bettwäsche haben gemüffelt. Je länger der Aufenthalt desto mehr kam ich mir wie in der Rocky Horror Show vor..

Good enough
Pros:

Nice and tidy old fashion style kiwi house. Just enough for easy stay.

Cons:

I was a bit confused because the exterior photos didn't match the actual appearance.

Clean & basic accommodation in South Dunedin ( which is NOT Dunedin)
Pros:

Very comfortable bed
Clean throughout
Adequate local services within walking distance

Cons:

Location- quite a seedy area and miles from city centre
Parking always a bit tricky
Not clear from listing that it is three separate rooms but no one resident, so you’re essentially sharing a space with utterly random strangers- as a lone female traveller I would never choose this

Felt as if I was in my own home.
Pros:

Very cozy home, all basic necessities provided.
Very warm and comfortable, bed are to die for, possibly one of the best sleeps I've ever had.
My only issue was finding a car park on the very small street but that's not the owners fault.
Very close to shops.

Cons:

Nothing needs improvement within the home.
