Great restaurant, unethical room allocation practices
Pros:

Restaurant is the best in Murree. Clean faciltiy, tasty food and attentive staff.

Cons:

Room booking is scammy for sure. Despite charging above-average rates in Murree, the rooms on Booking.com are sub-par. The room given to us was in adjacent building (Room 102) which looked like an old faciltiy with rooms renovated with leftover wallpapers and tiles from main flashy building. The rug was dirty and the amenities were clearly cheap.

What made the stay especially uncomfortable was that there was no view. We can get valley facing balcony rooms in nearby facilties like Roomy and Vibe by Ambiance so it felt like a rip off. The side window panels opened into a hollow space with sewerage pipes and exhaust fan which then opened out i to the street with generator right below. When generator would be switched on the diesel would enter the room.

Apparently, this was not just us but one of our acquaintances also had similar experience of being repeatedly allocated bad rooms. This hotel genuinely needs to fix its rooms or room allocation and be transparent about what to expect in the room.

Pros:

I recently stayed at Fiora Hotel and had a wonderful experience. The common terrace view was amazing and the restaurant’s food was very delicious. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the staff was very supportive. The reception team was also very welcoming and cooperative. Overall, everyone was very nice and the hospitality was impressive. Highly recommended!

Nice place to stay with family , nice view from restaurants and balcony
Pros:

Very good location , booked suite , it was quite spacious. Buffet breakfast was good. You can walk 10-15 mins to Mall road GPO. Restaurant in the hotel was also good, wash room water pressure was good. Had good view from the room.

Cons:

Only thing didn’t like about this hotel was quality of mattress was really poor, it is such a good hotel overall all but need to improve mattress quality so guests can take good rest.

Nice but some improvement required
Pros:

The hotel is new hence very little wear and tear. Staff is very courteous and helpful. The executive rooms where we lived were spacious.

Cons:

The executive room on 9th floor view was blocked with new construction in the front. Auxiliary power i.e. generator was there but was not taking the load and was tuning off frequently. AC in one of the rooms was not working. I think these are issues which can be resolved and maybe considered as teething problems. Breakfast was available but quality needs improvement, however the TEA was good.
