Was far out from anywhere

There wasn't water for drinking, usually keeps 2 bottles of water complement, when I ask staff given 2 bottle 1st day, when ask again next days and staff was said that I have to pay no compliment water for the room as they giving room for cheap.

This is not a 4 star hotel at all. A HUGE LIE. Hotel has no amenities. Don't even have a kettle for tea. Beds are hard, sheets not clean, towels not clean, hair everywhere. WHO Is THE CLEANER?!?! Why is this place 4 stars? It's not possible. It's a lie

Room so old, terrible. A discomfort manager. This hotel allowed pet but manager said no.
When I moved another day on Booking app. This hotel didnt replay and give more reasons and didnt paid me amount of money I paid for next day

Well, where do I start? Unfortunately, I booked for 2 nights. The manager was a living nightmare. She argued with me every day and looking for reasons to scam more money out of me, including charging me for her staff mistakes regarding me arriving 10 mins early and said I'll be happy to wait for my room to be ready instead due lack of bacis english she wanted to charge me extra day for arriving 10 mins early. 2nd incident was when they put me in a smokers room that was covered with smoke upon arriving. The manager got really upset when I made it clear that I would prefer a non-smoking room because I don't smoke and breathe in toxic disgusting air within a room that doesn't have any windows or Ventilation, so she (manager) just stood there just arguing with me about paying extra cost for non smokers room, I didn't trust her or any of her staff with the way they treated me there. They all can't speak any english or even understand the basic English. It was a complete nightmare, and I totally don't recommend staying here. It's definitely not fit for foreigner travellers. She (manager) really seriously needs to be trained in english, communicate, be friendly and be helpful, and most of all, be professional and stop arguing with foreign people. She treats her own kind way more better than people from abroad/foreigners, It was a huge mistake staying here, and never ever again would I stay there again. She needs professional training and goes back to school to get a basic understanding of English and be professional. This woman is too hungry for money 💰

I wish I could stay longer.

Slightly out of the centre, cost a little bit to get in and out.

This is definitely not a 4-star hotel but rather a guesthouse in Go Vap. They advertised rooms with balconies, but when I booked, the room didn't have one. The direct booking price is cheaper than on booking.com. The hotel guides you to cancel the booking on booking.com and then book directly for a cheaper rate. When I disagreed, they didn't treat me respectfully anymore.

There was no drinking water in my room. Also, no soap for washing hands.
