The man at the reception politely helped me with my suitcase.

Cons:

There were cockroaches in the room and black hair in the bed. I have blond hair. That made it unpleasant. Some rooms were rented by the hour. All night long, I heard loud moans, slapping sounds, and a woman's screams. At first, I was scared, thinking the girl needed help. I had to wake up early for a flight and didn't sleep all night.

Good, but please improve the quality of service
Pros:

Calm and quiet, feels safe

Cons:

There wasn't water for drinking, usually keeps 2 bottles of water complement, when I ask staff given 2 bottle 1st day, when ask again next days and staff was said that I have to pay no compliment water for the room as they giving room for cheap.

Why is this 4 Star? Reality--1 Star
Cons:

This is not a 4 star hotel at all. A HUGE LIE. Hotel has no amenities. Don't even have a kettle for tea. Beds are hard, sheets not clean, towels not clean, hair everywhere. WHO Is THE CLEANER?!?! Why is this place 4 stars? It's not possible. It's a lie

Nothing

Cons:

Room so old, terrible. A discomfort manager. This hotel allowed pet but manager said no.
When I moved another day on Booking app. This hotel didnt replay and give more reasons and didnt paid me amount of money I paid for next day
