Clean and well kept. Host was very reactive to our needs and the house had a very friendly atmosphere
There was no way to lock our door, when we were in or out.
The shower silicone was a little stained with mould

Price
Be very careful when booking this property, as it has an extremely strict check-in cutoff. If you arrive after their limit, even if you inform them in advance, they will not let you in. I sent my estimated arrival time at 8 AM, which was after the time stated in their policy, and exchanged several messages with the host during the day. At no point was I told that they would refuse entry after a certain hour due to having no staff available (very concerning given the lack of keys in the doors too as per the other reviews).
As a result, I arrived to find the door locked and no one there to help or answer the phone. I was left outside in the middle of winter with nowhere to go, especially since the trains had already stopped running and every nearby hotel was fully booked.
The next day, the host simply marked me as “no show” and messaged me saying, “If you check the check-in policy we do not honor check in after 10pm as there will be no one available after that time to assist check in.” This lack of clear communication and support made for a very distressing experience.
Clean and tidy room and bathroom and host is helpful and friendly.
I wish the pillow is not too thick.
The bed was comfortable

We didn’t like the fact our room door didn’t have a lock on it, there was no kettle in the room and wasn’t comfortable using the kitchen as it’s a family home and there was no tv in the room.
Nice tidy location, bed was very comfortable, very accommodating with parking (the whole point of the visit was to collect a new vehicle) owners were lovely
draws were replaced by a mis match desk, could of used a bigger duvet as was a bit small for the bed, bedroom door had no lock which was a bit concerning.
Location fantastic, room spacious, clean and comfortable with excellent facilities.

Roadways to the property are a bit narrow which was particularly daunting in the dark with two way traffic. Parking available but limited.
