Disrespectful!
Pros:

The general cleaness of the place is okay, however linens and towels were not clean enough.

Cons:

Kids are managing the reservations, I booked a deluxe queen room but when I arrived they said it's not available! and they gave me a single room instead, but promised to give me the deluxe queen room on the next night, and when time came they said it's also not available!! So disrespectful.
No toilet paper or shower gel or even a trash bin inside the room despite that was mentioned to be provided in the booking.
